We had to have the siding on our roof dormers replaced and Karcher roofing did a great job! Their representative Damion was professional and gave us a full evaluation and breakdown of what needed to be done as well as a good price. The workers showed up bright and early and finished the job quickly. Thanks for a great job!

Karcher Roofing had resolved an earlier problem with my 25+ roof where the installer had cut corners and some discoloration had formed in my garage ceiling but they quickly solved the problem. Or so they thought, the problem was bigger than previously scoped thinking the installer had done their job but they hadn't. KR soon rectified the problem at no cost to me with a full explanation of everything. Although, my three bids were similar for a house in the neighborhood of Arlington Plantation, Hope Mills, I went along with KR bid because of their integrity and honesty. Those qualities as well as others were displayed when the replaced my complete roof in two days. Everything went off as expected, even though we had a small mishap at the end of which they quickly rectified that too. The communication with the project manager, Damion, was flawless. He kept me abreast of everything. In the future, thinking about them replacing some windows. They truly work with pride and efficiency at a good work pace!! The whole roof team should be saluted. Thank you Karcher Roofing Construction!! I'll post pics later....100 degrees right now!!
