  Jean Paul-The Owner is not very friendly at all. Company have have great ratings but I cant support a negative attitude.

  This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with— not only was my windows delayed by weeks. But I was promised to be compensated $30/ day for each day the order was late 15 days. The owner attempted to go back on his word asking if I would split the difference, which I declined. The owner threatened me with placing a lien on my property if I didn’t pay the amount he credited due to his latency. Not to mention, there were several issues throughout the process to include the business owner making excuses and giving sob stories about why the order was delayed, a miss count of the order, Jean Paul also called me numerous times throughout the night communicating threats. Again, this company is not professional, save your time and spend your money to receive quality services!

  Setup a meeting for quotation at noon. I called to confirm he was actually coming at 12:07. No answer. He calls back a moment later and will be 45 minutes before he could arrive. Unprofessional.

  Jean Paul had a crew out in June 2022 to install vinyl siding on my home. The job looked good until it started to separate at the seems in September 2022. I contacted Jean three times and he said he would take care of the problem. It is now December and he has not showed up to correct the problem. I got in contact with the company that installed the vinyl and they told me they would come and fix the problem without hesitation, BUT they said they no longer work for Jean because he never paided them for the job. Another problem with his company is I ask when I called," do the installers work for the company or are they subs" I was told by the office staff that they worked for the company, that is a blatant lie. I would not recommend this company for anything.

  We recently had our windows replaced by Goldstar Windows and couldn’t be happier with the experience. JeanPaul and his crew were professional, courteous, and highly efficient, completing the installation with great attention to detail while keeping everything clean and organized. The new windows have made a big difference—reducing outside noise, improving comfort, and greatly enhancing the look of our home. The quality of workmanship is excellent.   My live was a simple one until a fire and then nothing but worries. GOLDSTAR took away those worries . Very professional and the communication between them and me was a experience I will never forget. I'm disable and and the way JP from Goldstar went out his way to help me. I did all my deals from home. The before look to now was a treat to look at. The price was the lowest after contacting 5 others. VICTORIA H.

  The crew was professional, efficient, and very accommodating. Their pricing was competitive, and they completed our roof in just three days to meet our tight deadline. They also cleaned the site thoroughly each day.

  I recently purchased a new construction home and after a mild rain some siding fell off, what a one year warranty with the builder could not accomplishing with the repairs needed Goldstar. NC came out the next day and got the job done for a great price. I 100% would recommend them for any repairs in the future and jobs need to be done.

  Gold Star Siding really came through when I needed them. Their maintenance package fixed some problem areas on my roof, and I’ll gladly work with them again. Hard to find companies this committed to excellence today.
