  In may 2023 I had some shingles replaced on the roof due to a leak. Paid this company 1000 dollars to fix it. I was happy with the work. Months later when it would rain I thought I could hear a leak in the roof, but I thought I was imagining it. Two years later had to get the house inspected because it is currently pending sale. The inspector found mold in the attic and a leak in the same spot that I had this company work on. I was told by them that the warranty expired but they would work with me. When I asked for a quote and date they stopped replying. After three days of being ignored I called and was told I would have to wait until next week because he is on a fishing trip. I started trying to explain that I am on a time crunch because the house is supposed to be sold in two weeks, but he talked over me, he just kept repeating “I’m on a fishing trip”. I hung up. They took my 1000$ and left the roof the same as before.

  Had a small job, agreed to terms and time line, then never showed up the day of the job, returned my call the expected day of the job to move it to the following week. Assured me they were going to be there and already had the materials, then didn’t show up and never returned any call. Completely unacceptable to accept a job and not have plans to do the job and not even willing to tell the customer they didn’t want the job. I think the company is too busy to handle customers with the current staffing. I would not recommend even making the call to them. Mind you, I checked reviews and years of service in the area before even calling them out to the job. The reviews were completely different from the lack of service provided.

  I called this company and requested a roof inspection for one of our properties. The owner scheduled the roof inspections however they never show up to conduct the inspection. I called the company to follow up on my roof inspection and the owner kept on telling me that he will call me back. I never received a call back. Overall his customer service skills is poor to say the least. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

  He showed up to give me a roofing estimate without a ladder. Said he'd be back the next day with one. I text him the next afternoon to see if he would still be coming back? He ignored my text and hasn't responded since. Save your time and money and go with A-Team Roofing & Construction instead.

  I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Roofing Solutions. After a heavy rain on Tuesday, I noticed a leak in my bathroom and was worried it was going to turn into a much bigger issue. I called them, and they came out the same day to inspect everything. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what was going on, and gave me a fair, reasonable price. It was definitely an unexpected expense, so it was more than I wanted to spend, but it was much more affordable than I had anticipated. What really stood out was how honest and professional they were. There was absolutely no pressure, no upselling, and they took the time to thoroughly explain the repair and why it was needed. I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. They showed up early the very next morning, completed the repair efficiently, kept me informed throughout the process, and from everything I could see, the workmanship was excellent. They also backed the repair with a one-year warranty, which gave me additional peace of mind. Things could have been much worse, and I’m incredibly thankful they were able to make the repairs so quickly. One of the best service-oriented companies I’ve worked with since moving to the Fayetteville area. Their professionalism, honesty, communication, and quick response really set them apart. They earned my trust and have absolutely earned my future business. When it’s time for a full roof replacement, they’ll be my first call. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing Solutions to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and customer-focused roofing company.

  It's been over a month that I had a roof put on my house by advanced roofing solutions. I am very satisfied with the work done. I want to thank Adam, especially because he was very pleasant, considered and patience in explaining detail of what was going to be done. My husband and I are senior citizens. He even waited for the insurance adjuster so he could explained what was wrong with the roof. Adam even took pictures before and after and sent them to my email. He explained to me what was going to be done in detail. When I didn't understand he explained it to me. In terms that I understood. I have to say that crew work through the day. They started at 6:30 a.m. and finish 1:30 p.m. Adam practically took care of everything supervising and the insurance work. Thanks again, Adam
