  Hi Phyllis, When our crew installed the emergency tarp back in March, it was fully secured when they left the property. If you had any concerns at that time or noticed anything that didn’t look right, we would have gladly sent the team back out in March to address it. Unfortunately, because tarps are only meant to be temporary protection, weather over nine months can cause them to loosen or blow off. As we mentioned when you called, we do not warranty emergency tarp installations because they are not a permanent fix. At this point nine months later, re-tarping is not an effective or safe solution for the ongoing issues with your roof. Two years ago, a tree fell on your home and caused damage to the decking and several trusses. You were aware that the tarp was a temporary measure while waiting for government assistance for a full roof replacement. You also previously left negative reviews for the company that removed the trees and for the contractor who originally charged you $3,200 for the first tarp installation. While this review is not surprising given your experience with multiple companies, we do want to be clear that our work was performed properly as a temporary solution and was not intended to replace the necessary structural repairs. We offer roof replacement, roof repair, and gutter installation. We apologize if we somehow made a mistake on our end. It is definitely not the "NORM" not to give our customers estimates.

  Buyer beware!!! This company fails to honor their written contact. Contacted to install gutters, guards, and downs and paid for. Discovered that the guards were not installed. Contacted them and owner stated that guards were not included in quote in spite of this clearly on the invoice that I paid for. Will not answer phone calls from me. Have contacted several times both his cell phone and business phone and left messages, still no contact.

  Had new roof installed with a complete tear off and a few sheating boards replaced. Did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up afterwards. The crew was very nice and respectful. The price was very fair! Natalie in the office is responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

  I recently reached out to TK Roofing and Gutters for help in getting my gutters flushed out. The gentleman that came out was very friendly and very thorough. He even tightened a few loose connections and adjusted a gutter flow which was above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend their services.

  T K Roofing did an amazing job with my roof and my gutters with the guards. The roof was finished in one day along with the clean up. The gutters only took a half day! Very professional. I would definitely recommend this company. Also they’re pricing was well below other local companies.
