  I waited a full year before writing this review to make sure there were no leaks in my roof. My experience was frustrating. They started the work with out a permit in hand which led to a stop-work order after they removed all the shingles. This left my home exposed and I had to stop working to make multiple phone calls to get a permit aproved.

That aside, our team works diligently to ensure all documentation and paperwork is approved and filed before the start of a project. We have never dealt with a Stop Work Order because we do it correctly the first time. Also, the photo you uploaded is from a full year ago in 2025.   RoofSmith was hired to install a roof on the building where I work, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within weeks of completion, the roof failed during the first rainfall, leaving us with leaks, as well as mounting cost and frustration. When we turned to the company for help, they dodged responsibility, offered misleading statements, and failed to deliver on the warranty we were promised. Nearly $60,000 was poured into this project, and instead of peace of mind, we’ve been left with deception and zero protection. This is not a company you can trust—look elsewhere if you value honesty and quality workmanship.

  Exercise caution! Shady tactics and faulty installation. We've had an extremely difficult time getting our roof inspected and certified per our contract, despite numerous requests. Timelines have been missed repeatedly and no clear solutions are given. On top of that, we had water damage right after the installation. Been nothing but headaches.

  Consumer Alert!! Buyer beware!! This spring we hired Roofsmith to install a new roof on our building. A condition of the contract was the manufacturer would need to stop out to the job site to inspect and certify the installation in order to receive the warranty. Roofsmith never had the manufacture inspect and certify as promised. The roof leaked within a few weeks of installation. As a result, we started to increase the frequency and intensity in which we requested the roof to be properly certified. We received excuse after excuse with no action taken. We began to contact the manufacturer directly and we discovered that Roofsmith did not use the materials that we contracted to install. They pulled a classic bait and switch scam with inferior grade products. We are now in the process of litigation with Roofsmith because of their faulty workmanship, false claims and fraudelant acts. I would exercise extreme caution in dealing with this company is I have learned the principal owner has owned at least one other roofing business that is now defunct.

Our goal has always been to provide your company with a great roofing system and a warranty to protect your investment. The warranty process has taken much longer than any of us would like. We have been in contact with the material manufacturer countless times over the past few months and they have finally confirmed an inspection date of 10/8/25. We apologize for this delay and hope you understand the material manufacturer must be the one to certify our work. Your roof has a number of penetrations (ie. HVAC units) and performing the work we did can be challenging. The minute we were made aware of the initial leak, our technicians were onsite and fixed that issue. Our workmanship warranty covers an item like this at no charge. To our knowledge, there have been no other leaks. We recognize there are a few concerns and we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly, discuss the situation live, and get you the roofing system and warranty you deserve. Our company, like yours, has many employees that work extremely hard to delivery a high quality service and experience. We respectfully disagree with your comments of false claims and fraudulent acts and welcome the opportunity to discuss this live with you.   The verbal pricing I got for windows on the day we met was almost double what I bought the exact same Joyce windows from Larsen Lumber and I hired their recommended contractor, Matt, for install. Note that I did not call the office because I worked with my neighbor / the owner directly. I am not one to write a review, but maybe my critical, but honest review will save you some time. I’ve built multiple homes and worked with dozens on contractors. Roofsmith was an outlier. I worked with the owner Mike trying to get a quote for just about every service they offer for a new home build. Everything was standard nothing too special or difficult. I was assured to get a quote tomorrow about a dozen times. After following up weekly for 2 months I could not get a quote. I would not refer this company.

Unfortunately since this was a construction build those quotes do take a little more time to prepare. Additionally, we keep records of all incoming calls.   Took over 3 months to complete. Too many people getting back with you via a text system. That just generates a new random person who has no idea what's going on with your order. Can not get a hold of the one person who knows what's going on. Never sends pictures of what its going to look like. Unable to get a clear estimate of time frames. Then rushes you when they have the part finally. When workers get there they rushed my wife without answering questions. Hard to get any documentation in writing or receipts. Sent the wrong windows. Oh and double the price of their competitors. Just a terrible time with our experience. I would not recomend this company at all to anyone. Edit. I am a current customer. Apparently this is how they treat you if you do not like their services. I'd highly recomend you find a different company to deal with after you pay thousands of dollars they treat you like you dont exist. Shame on you roofsmith. Terrible customer service.

  The project manager I worked with was extremely helpful! He guiding me how to work with my insurance and save, but also get the best products available. The crew was great, started my roof and finished the same day! Did a really good job keeping my garden in tact even with a whole bunch of material being ripped off. 10/10

  Best price out of the 3 estimates we received for windows. Delivery and installation were a couple weeks late but it was well worth the wait. The installation crew were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The windows are fantastic and the exterior trim work looks better than everything I've seen. And our salesperson Mitch was with us every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend

  Aaron inherited our job and took ownership from day one. He reviewed our contract, assessed our situation, made additional recommendations and ensured the project was completed to our satisfaction. The entire Roofsmith team, Avery, Jason, Marvin, Ben, Sean, Teresa and the rest were outstanding.

  Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with! We were hit by a hail storm right before we sold our house, so we were up against a very tight timeline for a new roof and siding. Mike promised he would have it done in time despite the seemingly impossible timeline, and he delivered! I can't thank him and the whole team enough. They were honest, professional, timely, and I can't recommend them enough!!

  Aaron Hicks was awesome! He helped me with gutters, downspouts and siding. He was able to color match the downspouts to the siding color. I highly recommend this company and Aaron. He goes above and beyond; keeping you up to date throughout the process.

  I will never go to anyone else for my gutters. Mitch worked with me to get the best price and the job took one day. They even cleaned up after the job was done. I cant thank them enough.

  Attention future customers. Please be aware some of the recent reviews that have been made are from out of town contractors attempting to bash ourselves and other local roofing companies to use as leverage at the door in an attempt to earn business after the recent storms. We are currently working with Google to have these fictitious reviews taken down. Always remember, Your Project, Is Our Passion!

  I’m so pleased with my new sunroom roof and how well they fixed my skylight. When they were there they told me my gutters were bad and cleaned them for me right than!! I was so happy that they pointed that out to me. I’m a new home owner and didn’t even think of that. Great service very professional!
