  **Spartan Roofing – Honest Review** - **Initial work and expectations**: I hired Spartan Roofing to install a new roof about six years ago. The job did include replacing the wood sheathing beneath the shingles, which I later learned did not get done and is a critical part of a complete roof replacement. - **Issues and communication**: After noticing the gap in workmanship, I reached out to them multiple times over an extended period. They provided various excuses and delays rather than addressing the core issue. - **What happened on service calls**: It took seven months for any action to be taken. When they finally came out, the work performed was more of an internal repair rather than a full, corrective replacement of the damaged/incorrect components. - **Impact on me**: The prolonged delays and incomplete fix have left me exhausted and frustrated. I feel the problem wasn’t properly resolved and I’m wary of future reliability. - **Recommendation to others**: If you’re considering Spartan Roofing, proceed with caution. Specifically: - Confirm whether the company will replace the wood sheathing if needed. - Ask for a detailed, written scope of work and a clear timetable. - Request before-and-after photos and a warranty that covers both materials and labor, including any structural components. - Check recent customer reviews and, if possible, speak with past clients about responsiveness and quality. - **Overall rating**: I cannot recommend Spartan Roofing based on my experience due to lack of proactive communication and incomplete repairs.

  Exceptional service from Spartan Stormshield. We are incredibly grateful to Elijah, who dedicated months of hard work to coordinate with our insurance company and secure our roof replacement. Communication with Elijah was incredibly easy, and he kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. Once approved, the installation crew was fast, efficient, and very friendly.
