  Excellent experience with Darrell Yoder roofing. Very professional, with an office staff, Sabrina, to take questions and concerns. That is somewhat unusual in my experience. My salesman Jason was quick to respond to calls and questions. The install team showed up as promised at 6:30am. Brian was the project manager and kept me informed. The crew was fast and efficient, they had everything done by about 1:00pm, and that's on a fairly large roof. The GAF warranty and veteran discount made this as painless as it could be.

  I first met Brian Hoosier from Darrell Yoder Roofing while he was overseeing a roofing job two doors down from my home. He came by, gave me a detailed estimate, helped me choose my shingles, and walked me through the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured or like he was just trying to make another sale. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions. After getting a couple of estimates, I chose Darrell Yoder Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. From the installation to the cleanup, the entire crew was professional and respectful. They handled every step of the project with care and attention to detail. One thing that really impressed me was when I tried to make my payment after the roof was completed. Brian refused to accept it, saying, "Your gutters aren't done yet, and we won't take payment until your entire project is complete." That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. I had put off replacing my roof for over a year because of all the horror stories you hear about fly-by-night roofing companies. My experience with Darrell Yoder Roofing was the exact opposite. Two days later they installed my new gutters, and once again the workmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Darrell Yoder Roofing, and I especially recommend working with Brian Hoosier. He took care of every detail, went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, and made what I expected to be a stressful project a great experience from beginning to end

  one of the reasons we went with Yoder Roofing is because of the professional presentation given by Chad . A nice guy that wasn't pushy in any way. Now that our roof is finished we are completely happy with their services.

  Just had our roof and gutters replaced by Darrell Yoder Roofing who came highly recommended by the contractor who was doing some interior remodeling for us. From the beginning we were given prompt great service, from Sabrina in the office setting up our initial visit, to Cobey coming out for the inspection and scheduling the replacement. And, I cant say enough about Cobey, he was truly AWSOME through the entire process. He was so helpful, it was like dealing with an old friend. JD and Allison were great as well scheduling around some bad weather. Cannon was top notch as well and was here through the whole replacement process overseeing and managing the crew which was so great, these men are professional in every sense, they had the roof replaced in no time. What a quality professional company, with great people. I cant say enough good things about. They are truly and the best around.
