  No show for roof estimate. Apparently changed the estimator but never informed him or me. Not very professional.

  You’re right to be frustrated, and we apologize for missing the appointment. That’s on us. We had a breakdown in communication when the scheduler did not input as necessary information for the estimator, and you should have been clearly informed. We’ve already addressed this internally so it doesn’t happen again. We take showing up and respecting people’s time seriously, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

  The people that actually replaced the siding were amazing. Super efficient, clean, and kind! There entire team from Bob to the site supervisor to the people doing the labor have been the highlight of my experience with BLC. There was the unfortunate experience of my Internet cable getting cut, but if that was the only issue I had, I don't think I would think twice. I used BLC Roofing for siding and gutters after the tornado hit my neighborhood in 2024, so please note a lot of my experience has to do with how they interacted with me and my insurance. I contacted them after the August 6th (probably within the week), and got an appointment for an estimate August 27. All I wanted was my house fixed from tornado damage. Because the people that owned my house before me spraypainted the vinyl, they attempted to match siding for proof for insurance and that whole process took a couple of months. After that, they were so focused on opening up the claim, that repairing my shed and fence couldn't get done until early November. I did not get my siding fixed until March 2025 and the gutters properly replaced until May 2025. The communication from the project manager was nonexistent for the first half of the timeframe (I was the one constantly following up). The process for most of the fall and winter was asking for updates, receiving additional estimates from my insurance requested by BLC Roofing, taking time away from my job to drive to the bank and drop those off for the bank to review, and then taking more time grom my job to drive back to the bank to then sign the check from my insurance company after their review (because the bank needed to sign it too). I think I did this a total of 6 or 7 estimates because BLC kept going back to my insurance company to open up the claim, which I acknowledge is also an annoyance on their behalf to fight with my insurance. When I tried to make it easier and asked my insurance company to stop issuing checks but continuing reviewing whatever

  We had about seven companies provide estimates on our roof, and we went with BLC roofing. We were so impressed with the quality of the workmanship, their dedication to getting the job done right the first time, and their overall professionalism. They weren't the cheapest and they weren't remotely the most expensive, but we had a good feeling that they could do the job well. And they absolutely delivered. For whole house roof installation, cleanup, and gutter installation, I recommend these folks with no hesitation. Affordable financing, too!
