Stay far away from this company. They will do everything possible to get you to sign the contract, but once you do, they stop keeping their promises. The project start date was changed repeatedly, and even when they said someone would show up "later that day," no one came. This pattern continued after the project started -- constant delays, no-shows, and zero reliability. You never know when they'll come back to work, even if they explicitly say they will. There is no way to plan because everything keeps changing. Other major red flags: The project manager recommended a full roof reset, which we signed for, but the workers only did half on day one and said that's what they were told. I had to step in and fix their internal miscommunication. My wife and I contacted the company separately and were given completely different prices and warranty terms by two different project managers. When confronted with screenshots, they denied it -- even though the company name was clearly on the quote. The communication overhead is insane. Expect to spend dozens of hours chasing, clarifying, and arguing. If you don't care about timelines, consistency, or accountability, maybe this company is fine. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I highly recommend Alex Lopes and Titanium Roof Innovations. From the very beginning, he was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. Their quote was clear, detailed, and transparent, so we knew exactly what to expect. There were no surprises or unexpected costs. The work itself was excellent. Everything was completed on time, with attention to detail and quality workmanship. Communication throughout the project was also very good, and we felt confident that the job was being done right. We are very happy with our new roof and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company.

10/10. Titanium Roofing did a very good job with installing a new roof and gutters on my home and I would highly recommend them. Alex in particular was spectacular and one of the best contractors I've ever worked with - very responsive, professional, and genuinely listened to what I wanted and accommodated. When we ran into some bumps or I had some questions about the roof along the way, Alex was a steady hand and I knew I could trust him to solve the issue and deliver an excellent result. Alex was thoughtful in preparing the right materials for my home, vent count and placement (whereas other roofers I had consults with seemed a bit more loosey goosey there), and even once drove by just to drop off a gutter color sample for me. They did a high quality job (plywood, underlayment, roof shingles, gutter) and delivered the labor and GAF materials warranty quickly after the job was complete. You can tell they really care about doing an excellent job vs some other contractors you get the vibe they are onto the next job. I highly recommend Titanium Roofing and will be referring them to my family/friends.

🌦️ The sun is back, but that does not always mean your roof is in the clear. After a season of heavy rain, hidden damage can remain unnoticed while slowly affecting your roof’s structure. What seems fine on the surface may be creating bigger problems underneath. A professional inspection helps identify weak points early, avoid costly repairs, and make sure your home is ready for the next storm cycle. Protect your home from the top down.
