  Just about the entire experience was a nightmare. The salesman, Ryan, was helpful, but everyone else I dealt with was extremely frustrating. After I paid, I expected to wait a little while for materials, which was understandable. However, once the materials arrived, they sat at my house for over a month before any work began. I had to call multiple times just to get updates because no one seemed to know what was going on, and communication throughout the company was very poor. When they finally scheduled the installation, it was delayed twice before they showed up. Unfortunately, the roof wasn’t installed correctly. It then took another month and a half, along with four additional visits, before the issues were finally addressed. I had to miss work multiple times because they rarely scheduled appointments—they would simply call and ask if I was home and show up whenever it worked for them. The manager didn’t seem to communicate with the crews, which only added to the confusion and delays. From the day I paid until the work was finally completed correctly, the entire process took around four months. I would not recommend Titan Roofing based on my experience.

  They repaired our roof. They left trash out daily. We found from 2 to 8 nails daily after they left. This is how they finish. It’s very sloppy. Find a professional. It is a rental so we did not have to pay. We do unfortunately have to live with sloppy work. I wish I could include pictures.

It’s unfortunate that despite these corrections and follow-ups, you’ve chosen to disregard the full scope of what was done to address the situation.   Titan did an excellent job on our roof and gutters! Ryan was very friendly and quick to respond. He was helpful in explaining the whole process and answering our questions. The team communicated when they were coming out and sent photos throughout the installation process. Even when we had a couple hiccups, Ryan and his team did a good job listening to us and finding resolutions. Highly recommend Titan!

  From the beginning to the end, Titan roofing was incredibly easy to work with. Justin was so nice and helpful explaining the process. The crew that put the roof on, did it in a day and cleaned the property up amazingly. Meredith was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns.

  Would highly recommend Titan roofing to anybody because of Ryan Holden. He was super knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything. Super easy to talk too. Any roof work that would need to be done. I will be given Titan roofing a call every time.

  This is an amazing company! My first impression was when Trey called me back and explained how someone would come out to do the quote. Then when Dillon came out to do the quote he was very friendly and helpful, the professionalism continued on when Jacob and his crew came to replace our hail damaged roof. Jacob let us know when he would be showing up and would explain what was happening throughout the process. Once the roof was completed then the siding crew came and replaced the damaged siding in one day. The guttering crew installed in just one day as well! If I had any questions about the process Meredith would always answer them as quickly as she could. Sometimes it was that she would have someone like Will call me back. I felt that we were included in every aspect of the repair and we were not just a customer but almost like we were friends! I recommend this company to as many people as I can because they are the best!!!
