  I called a1 to come out and look at my roof. They assured me it would be a few weeks but someone would call to schedule me. A few weeks passed, I called again. Nothing. I’ve heard absolutely NOTHING. No calls to update the timeframe. If they’re busy, I completely understand but having absolutely no communication is extremely unprofessional. Now I can’t get my call returned.

  This company cannot be trusted to do a good job. After several attempts to repair their shoddy work, I am still having problems. Best advice is to not use A 1 Roof Company!

  I’m sorry to hear about your friend passing, and that you’re not happy with our company policy Not using owner supplied materials there are many good reasons we’ve adopted these policies, I can assure you that not being able to mark up the material is not one of them it’s more of warranties and having the proper materials and amounts on the job for timely completion once again we apologize for any inconvenience this policy may have caused you.   I am in the process of having my roof replaced. I WILL NOT be using this company. I called to schedule an estimate but didn't get anyone on the phone so I left a message with my info. 5 days later they called me back just to tell me that someone else would be giving me a call at some point over the next few weeks to schedule an estimate. To their credit that person did call the next day. They however did not set a time to come by they just said they would try to swing by at some point in the next few days. I came home to find a business card on my door. No call ahead to see if I would be home or to let me know that they were on the way. If this is how they handle the scheduling of an estimate I'm afraid to see how they go about replacing a roof. Just the day before another company located hours away in Kansas City drove all the way to my home in Ozark, arrived on time and we're extremely professional all just to give an estimate. There are clearly better options to have your roof worked on then this one.

  I did use you. Approx 8 years ago. You "fixed" storm damage on my home by replacing the roof on the back half of the house. I called 6 or so months after the repair when the roof was leaking and one of your workers came out and said it was going to be fixed under the warranty. I got a call from you a few days later saying that you wanted to look at it. After you looked at i, you declared that it wasn't going to be fixed under warranty stating that it wasn't leaking where you repaired it. Problem is, that you repaired the entire back half of the house. I was very upset when you told me this, you replied by hanging up the phone on me and not taking my callings anymore. I now call your company a1 guaranteed not to stand behind your work. My insurance company felt bad enough about the way your company treated us that they paid another company to tear off and replace all the work that a1 did.

  Dear Skylar Sorry you feel this way about our company but let's be fair about this and accurate I will address each of your concerns/ statements, 1) Our Company is not A bad company at all and sorry you feel this way. 2) Yes, we have been on this duplex you live in for six days but let's be honest it has rained us off the job 3 of those days, one day resulted in a leak and one we could not work at all so 2 real work days. 3) We did not leave the roof open on the Tuesday rain, as a pop up shower came out on nowhere and it caught us with a portion of the roof open and we had it covered quickly but it did however create a stain in the ceiling that we have told your land lord we would fix. 4) Monday -Friday schedule has never been monday through Friday especially if we have rain days through the week as our men need to make up for the weather to have a decent paycheck. 5) Our men did show up around 7:45 on Saturday as they wanted to finish the last little bit of roofing so the job would be finished. 6) Edward did stop work and was very kind to you with no remarks even though he was surprised to be ran off the job. 7) Our Employees do speak english but really did not know what to say when they were told to leave so I guess thank you was all that could be said. 8) Our employees were not trying to be disrespectful in any way by showing up to work on a Saturday it's something they do pretty much every week so we never felt like we were doing anything wrong as the owner never told us we were not able to work on a Saturday all we can do is offer our apologies. 9) Unprofessional company I am not sure how this speculation is made Our contract was with the owner of the units and that's the contact info we have for any correspondence and If you had concerns or questions about our work schedule you could have ask our crew leader or contacted us directly for more info. 10) Our final conclusion is we apologize for any inconvenience you feel you have endured through the roofing pro

  Called to get an estimate for a new roof, was told they would call me back to set it up and never heard from anyone. If you can't be responsible enough to do the first step, than that will be the service and product quality. No thank you.

  We are truly sorry for your frustration but honestly our estimator was waiting to schedule this appointment when he knew the weather would be decent enough to actually look at your roof. The weather unfortunately is so unpredictable and has proven to be very testy this past winter and spring.

  Has 24/7 emergency service, called never received a call back! I in turn called back talked to answering service again, was told that if they do not feel you are and emergency you will not receive a call. I think common courtesy would be to let someone know! Also if your roof is leaking with rain on the way I would say that is emergency!

  Sorry for your roofing issues or your situation but we never have offered 24 hour service we do however advertise calls answer 24 hours so you could have ask for a call back once again sorry for your situation

  Trevor Lee was a neighbor and friend. He went over my insurance papers which I didn’t know what it meant. I got a roof which he helped with color scheme on shingles and gutters. Since I pulled the trigger early I got shingles and gutters before the back ordered started. Got the job done to my approval. Fast and friendly people to work with

  Trevor was great and took the time to help us with what was needed with the roof and talking with insurance as well. Came out quickly for the quote and the crew did great putting on the new roof. Trevor came out several times to help with other questions I had. Crew that installed the gutters also did a great job! Definitely recommend A-1

  We had a metal roof Placed on our home back in 2021 AND ITS THE BEST THING WE HAVE EVER DONE. Springfield Friends and Neighbors suffered alot of roof damage Due to the HUGE HAILSTORM Last Month....
