  Got a quote and was asked to check the google reviews. The reviews are glowing. Then I got a new roof from BB, what a mess. It took a long time to get the work done, they had some sort of employee melt down on my front yard that was scary. The clean up only happened because I complained and complained about it. The manager was mean to my daughters for some odd reason. Then last week, I looked at the reviews again. You know what I noticed a bunch of the reviews had people write only one review. Interesting, very interesting.

  I was out driving in Springfield, and witnessed one of their work trucks pull out directly infront of a vehicle, then they didn't use their turn signal when they turned.

  After suffering damage from a hailstorm, Reagan Bliss worked with me on such a level that I felt like his most important customer for a process that took several months due to insurance and the amount of damage. His team took care of our roof, siding, gutters, fence replacement, shed roof, and underground downspouts. He personally communicated with me on every aspect of the job and assisted with the insurance process. He even volunteered to be present during the insurance assessment of the damage. Reagan takes an old school one-on-one approach to customer service, and it is very refreshing. The work was done exactly as promised and honestly, the siding job was better than the original siding with much more attention to detail.

  Reagan, Tyler and the entire team went above and beyond. I was missing shingles from a recent storm and they tarped the area to prevent water damage until they got my new roof in place. I love the look of the shingles. Thank you!

  Had a great experience working with Bliss Brothers Roofing. They were extremely responsive and quick all the way from initial inspection/quote up through the work on both my roof and gutters. I had to have a full tear down (shingles and old wooden shake underneath) and replacement on my roof and even with all of that they got the work done in a day and a half including all of the clean up. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you have any roofing or gutter work needing taken care of.
