  The roofers threw guttering, nails, and shingles on my plants that they could clearly see was there before they started the job. There are nail all over the parking lot where we drive/park, the sidewalks, the grass and my kids toys. I know they dont walk around with a magnet or metal detector to find and pick up every nail and metal sheard that they left on the ground and in the grass. And there's a language barrier with the roofing crew I can't even efficiently communicate with them. And they put a hole in the kitchen ceiling.

Considering this is an apartment complex and with limited accessibility we apologize for the scattered nails and the metal that was set to the side. The job is not finished and my men were on lunch when you made this post. My men also brought it to my attention that since we started, you were outside harassing them all day long, we try our hardest and absolute best to meet or exceed expectations and customer satisfaction, We are willing to do whatever it is you need to make things right. And the hole in your ceiling came from a previous leak that had been leaking for a while, and when my men were replacing the decking after they took their foot off of your ceiling joist the ceiling caved in .I have already spoke to the owner of the complex and your drywall will be getting fixed..   Very friendly, professional, punctual and knowledgeable about roofing. Jared inspected our roof and provided documents to the insurance company when other companies wouldn't even return my call! I would highly recommend Swifts Roofing.
