  Very dissatisfied with my experience with Grade A Roofing. Owner Jase Bliss came out and discussed repairs for our roof, and wanted half the money upfront. After multiple conversations and reaching an agreement on what work would be done, he later couldn’t seem to remember exactly what we had agreed on regarding the specific fixes I required. When we re discussed it at our house again. He Said he couldn’t do what I was asking him to do. Wanted me to pay in full for the parts i was requesting and didn’t offer to reimburse me for the portion I was paying for the incorrect product he said” would work fine” which was the product I didn’t want reinstalled We got several other quotes and they had no problem doing what I was requesting. In the end, he backed out of the job entirely, leaving us hanging after we had already planned around him doing the roof. He told me he “wouldn’t be able to make me happy” and wasn’t willing to complete the work the way we had agreed. Overall, the communication and reliability were very disappointing, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  We did speak with this individual regarding a potential project, but no contract was finalized and no work was performed. During the estimating process, different materials and work outside the original quoted scope were requested, and we explained that those changes would affect pricing. We always strive to be transparent and fair with our estimates and wish this individual the best moving forward.

  Fast, friendly, and affordable. Avoid the shady roofing companies that have popped up since the big storms, use Grade A Roofing. They are honest and easy to work with.

  Jase was great to work with. Fair, honest, dependable and true to his word. Made sure to check in when work was being done and after completion. Made sure work was done in a timely manner and worked with our schedule during our remodel.

  I was very hesitant trying to find a new roofer, due to being scammed by the first one I had hired. Jace and his company made this experience better than I had dreamed of! He was affordable, personable, patient with all the questions and expectations I had, and my house has never looked better! I would recommend Grade A Roofing and Exteriors to EVERYONE!
