  ***Update. Second time around a disaster. Was told by same lead they could do the roof, gutters and siding damaged by the end of April freak ice storm, April 29th. I have all paperwork, not just the ones they used. A simple beware PSA, AS no promises kept and over budget, over delayed, blame game, fiasco. I have the most expensive roof, (nearly 30k)and nearly every neighbor had a roof before mine, and a whole lot less expensive. The bumps unreal. The plastic coverings of vents; among 6 rain storms, were promised but they never got here, a communication issue I was told over and over with a leak from vent to attic. Thankful for my adjustor who aided me. I thought MW still a good company, I was wrong, completely different, no drone footage, no transparency, massive mistakes and MW did not do as promised. I got a hefty insurance settlement (Midwest wanted immediately to see?) and then things changed. I lost fencing and interior paint to cover deductible, but understood that portion on early May first contact, then came a second contract, as they changed first paperwork to make more profitable for them, appx May 17th. My last verbal agreements 17 months prior were transparent and MW honored. They even paid for damage incurred. Not this time. Mid May: The CGA showed up with contract that OMITTED the siding, after back and forth, he said he made the mistake, would fix, but he never did, and I (the one who had already paid the deductible) would now be paying the EXTRA 2k siding, as they had decided they were not. I have texts, emails and phone messages where I was apologized TO over and over for bumps and delays, total of 3 on roof, and 2 on gutters. Contract with CGA state 2-3 week to start meant nothing, roof finished June 29. The math simply does not math, and we canceled so many appointments to accommodate them, but they had zero respect for us, my husband a veteran who needs medical care, and would show up unannounced, very unprofessional.The one day promised for roof

  I had a contract with Midwest to replace my roof after a hailstorm. Several weeks after signing the contract, they contacted me and wanted me to pay an additional $994, because of an alleged pricing error on their end. There was no leniency, understanding, or acceptance of their fault; it was either pay the extra money, or we're canceling your contract. I refused to pay the money, they canceled, and now I'm having to find a new company and I've lost tons of time, because they refused to honor the price they offered me.

  Didnt end up using this company because of their unreseasonable policy for decking... Ours is 12x1 and they HAVE to have crappy OSB and insurance doesnt cover it, of course, because our decking is fine... would have paid 7900 out of pocket because of this policy. UPDATE TO BUSINESS REPLY Now... tell me the cons of OSB... they outweigh the pros. Sorry, many other roofers disagree with you. We have two quotes from other highly reputable companies that actually work with the homeowners so much better. I can say that your representative was incredibly kind and helpful though!

While 1x12 decking can be stronger than OSB, seasonal expansion and contraction causes the gaps between boards to widen. The gaps ultimately compromise the integrity of the roofing system, especially when nails end up between boards and cause leak points.   Be VERY careful before signing anything with Midwest Roofing. I was quoted nearly $60,000 for a metal roof on an 1,100 sq. ft. ranch home. Naturally, I asked for an itemized breakdown so I could understand exactly what justified that price. Their response? “We don’t provide itemized estimates for metal roofs.” Funny… because they somehow had no issue providing a detailed breakdown for the $8,000 shingle roof quote on the SAME house. So let me get this straight: - $8k roof = transparency - $60k roof = “trust us” That’s not how major purchases work. When I questioned the price, I was told the cost was high because of company overhead like gas, trucks, and travel expenses. I nearly laughed out loud. Every roofing company has trucks and fuel costs. That doesn’t magically justify a $60,000 roof on a small ranch home. I had 11 roofing companies bid this project. Midwest Roofing was the ONLY one unwilling to fully explain the numbers or provide a proper scope breakdown. If you’re charging luxury pricing, customers deserve luxury transparency. Instead, the entire pitch felt centered around: “Insurance will cover it.” That may sound great until you realize nobody can clearly explain what you’re actually paying for. We went with another contractor immediately.

  We just had our roof replaced after the April 2026 hail storm. We worked with Austin who was an utter delight for the sales pitch, Dalton for the install and inspection, and several of the office staff during the entire process. Everyone was very kind, professional, and responsive. Our questions were always answered timely and, though getting a new roof is never fun, we now have a really awesome roof and an impeccably clean yard for the amount of nails I know they took out. All to say, we highly recommend their services!

  Sales Rep Josh stayed in touch from start to finish. Office Staff Rachel kept me informed on when they would start. The on-site Superintendent Dylan was excellent. His crew was fast hard-working and very professional. I would recommend Midwest roof.

  Midwest Roofing has been exceptional handling my roof replacement due to the recent hale storm damage. Andrew was at my home the next day after my initial call. He made the entire process easy. My roofing crew arrived at 7am and completed the job and clean up by 1:30 pm. They worked non stop to get the job finished . A huge shout out to Colby for keeping me up to date on what was happening. He was extremely knowledgeable and totally professional. I will continue to use Midwest for any future needs and highly recommend this company!

  Super easy and straightforward process. Jonathan the sales rep was friendly and answered all of my questions to help navigate the insurance process following a hail storm. He explained and offered all of my options and upgrades available without being pushy. Then Sydney gave me multiple updates to keep me informed up until the time of the job. The day of the replacement, Dylan and his crew were very professional and efficient. He checked in a few times during the job to make sure everything was done right and the whole job was finished in a day including a thorough cleanup.

  Great crew. Landon and Andrew were thee best. I had to gone for an appointment and was worried about my dogs. Landon called me and the first thing he let me know was that my dogs were okay. EVERYONE was great, from the hard working crew to Rachel from the office! They kept costant communication! If I had to do this again, no question they would be the ones to it! They also worked with my insurance!
