I called Titan Roofing to fix a patio roof leak and left a message. Walter responded immediately and set up a time to come over the next day. Walter was promptly on time. I explained where the roof was leaking and also that the roof had 6 seams and may need resealed. Walter checked the roof and gave me an estimate right away that was very reasonable and included the cost of sealant used. He resealed every seam as the previous sealant had deteriorated due to age. Walter has a great work ethic and attitude. Walter stated when he left, to let him know if there are any more leaks. Walter was on the roof in the hot sun midday for several hours. He did a great job. I highly recommended his business and will call him for future repairs.

Titan fixed our leaking porch roof. Walter is a hard worker, conscientious, honest, and affordable. He did not look for shortcuts, but wanted to make sure that he did things right and well. We would have no problem using him again for other roofing projects, and we recommend him.

Walter came out the same day I called him and inspected my roof when it started leaking. He discovered the roof cap was cracked and tarped it until he could get back out and replace the roof cap. He also showed me pictures of everything he found and we scheduled a return date, he also made sure to reassure me that if for any reason the tarp came loose/off he would fix it at no cost to me. He checked in about the middle of the week and made sure the tarp was still on. He returned on our scheduled date with the material, did the replacement and also at the same time replaced a shingle that was missing because he had extras left over and didn’t charge me for it. 10/10 recommend, super nice guy and very, very easy to get along with. Honest and fairly priced.

We had some minor damage to our roof with all of this wind, so I called Titan looking for help. Walter made it out the same day, actually within only a couple of hours from when I called. He was able to get our problem taken care of quickly and his price was extremely fair. I will 100% use Titan Roofing Solutions again.

After the recent wind storm, I called Walter and he fit me in same-day to fix some roof damage. He was kind, fairly-priced, efficient, and effective in communicating both what the damage was and the work he was doing. Highly recommend!

I called Titan Roofing after reaching out on Facebook for help regarding an “ice dam” on our roof with water leaking in the house. He originally wanted to schedule an appointment for the next day but I think he sensed my anxiety and ended up coming over the same day. He went into the attic and explained what he assessed and did what he could to help melt the 10-12 inches of ice on our roof. He was extremely patient and informative on the phone and in person. He’s also a veteran which is a plus for our family. We will definitely be calling him back in the Spring to address the situation better when the snow and ice are gone. Thank you, Titan Roofing!
