  Had a very disappointing experience from start to finish- extremely poor communication. Ana when asked to do better at communicating they stopped all communication until they asked for the bill- of course. I felt like a bait and switch situation. Of all the roofing companies I’ve worked with and spoken too- I will NEVER be calling K&S for help ever again. The work wasn’t even done correctly either. Obviously.

  We had them come out for a quote on our roof. Proceeded to ask about siding even though we didn't need or want siding. Went outside after he left to discover he pulled a peice of our siding back without informing us. He then proceeded to leave it without informing us he did anything.

  Did an elevated deck and shutters too. I have nothing bad to say about this crew. They worked fast and diligently and they obviously know what they are doing!!! Would definitely recommend them !!

  We were able to get an estimate and the work done fairly quickly, when we were new clients. However, to get a call back for things that need fixed after the job is complete is not good. It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment and then they don't call to let you know they aren't coming.

Some things just aren’t meant to wobble around. For example, something you (hopefully) use every day, but never think about: Your showerhead. If you have a wobbly showerhead, or even some wobbly pipes – here a tip for you: The secret to success is expanding foam. Tape up the area surrounding where the pipe enters the wall to protect it from the foam. Then, simply spray the foam into the empty space between the pipe and the wall, and watch it work its magic! That's it – your family and friends will see you as the most handy person around, and you barely had to lift a finger! We won't tell them how easy it was, promise ;)10 hours ago
