  I called and asked how much it was to have a tarp put on my roof.I was told that someone else would get back to me.When that person called,he said I heard you wanted to have a tarp put on and file a claim.I said no I don't want to file a claim,I just want the tarp put on.He said that he would text me later to let me know when he would be out.That was on Friday April 10th.I haven't heard anything sense then.He could have just told me that they only put tarps on for people who file claims.

Even though we are extremely busy with the recent storms it goes against our company standards to not get you taken care of in a timely manor. Please call the office line in the morning and we can send out another representative to tarp your roof free of charge. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and we want to make it right!

  When insurance adjuster said the roof was in good condition this company dropped everything and never contacted us again! They took shingles off never replaced and disappeared when we filed a complaint against Statefarm insurance. What are they hiding? Abusing the elderly in this situation! Lies after lies

  Kaiden and his team were great. They really took care of my mother quickly and for such a fair price. Better yet, anytime we needed to talk on the phone he was always prompt and available.

  Elevated Roofing Solutions installed a new roof for me. Kaden and Andrew were wonderful to work with. Kaden came to examine my damaged roof the same day that I called. He worked with my insurance adjuster and kept me well informed throughout the process. They did a good job of protecting my landscaping during the installation and a great job of cleaning up afterward. I am very pleased with my new roof and would highly recommend them.

  Seamless experience all the way through! Jaycob is a hard worker & very communicative. Our roof looks amazing! Great customer service. He worked with my insurance company to get coverage for my damages. I’m very pleased with his company & the finished product! I recommend using this company for your roof.

  Kaden Mullins and his team were phenomenal! Communicated regularly through scheduling and the repair itself. The weather was not on our side, but on the first sunny day his team was here early and stayed late until it was done. Replaced our whole roof and it looks great!
