  The roof looks nice, and they got the job done on time and quickly. However, I would not recommend them. They left thousands of nails (this caused a flat tire), broken glass, wood, and asphalt shingles debris throughout our yard. We spent a weekend trying to vacuum broken glass out of the yard (cut myself during cleanup) and picking up nails and trash, with a lot more clean up remaining. We have kids and a dog, and this was very unsafe and unprofessional work. I don't understand why there weren't tarps put down before the demo to allow for a safer and easier cleanup, and I am extremely upset by the mess their crew left behind.

  We had a roof installed. Our salesman and the office team was very nice and responsive before the process. After was an entirely different company. First off, the pictures of their "team" is not who you get. They sent a team that didn't even speak English. We could not communicate with them. The backed the dumpster into our driveway. No tarp under. Threw nails and debris on the driveway. I am still picking up nails almost 2 weeks later. And they left the dumpster and extra materials lay in our yard overnight. My car was blocked in for almost 24 hours. Next they changed our price. We had our roof inspected prior to buying our house a year ago. It was old but no leaks no issues. Their work crew decided the wood needed replaced. Supposedly they replaced about half our wood. I say supposedly because even though we were home and literally watching all day, we never saw 15 or 20 sheets of wood being used. But we were charged an additional $975 for it. When I questioned them about this the owner of the company basically called my husband and I liars. But he offered us a deal to take $500 off if we gave them a 5 star review. I will not give a good review for bad service and sketchy business practices. Beware of this company. They do not value customers, only Google reviews!!!!

We do want to point out that this review was a 5 star until you were charged extra for plywood that none of us had anticipated. We showed you photos of the damage and attempted to make this correct with you, and we are sorry we couldn’t come to an agreement. No one can see damaged plywood until we start the replacement. As you can see form our other reviews we have never had this issue prior. We are sorry you feel this way but those are your feelings! Best wishes! The All American Crew!

  It has not been a great experience with American Metal Roofing. Despite the invoice being paid in September 2022, the work is only JUST starting to come to a close 8 months later. We have had numerous back and forth with their workers during that time. While they have been incredibly helpful coming out within the hour twice for emergencies, I cannot help but feel that it should not have gotten to that point. The first time was because the workers had not completed the roof on our sunroom before a storm hit and so a tarp was placed over the unfinished part of the roof and window for several weeks before it was completed. The second instance was when it had rained again and water was pouring down the chimney in the sunroom. It was resealed but again I am left wondering why it had happened in the first place. To date (June 2023) we have not been reimbursed for the water damage to the mattress on the daybed that got soaked the first time the roof leaked. Our skylight windows were another difficulty. Clearly somebody had not communicated correctly with the workers about keeping them upstairs as they were ripped out and covered by the roof. It was only weeks after this that they were eventually put back in, then it was months after that that the wood around the windows on the inside was replaced due to the workers taking little or no care with what they were doing. I totally understand that the work on the outside is dependent on weather but I cannot fathom why some of the repair work that needed doing on the inside of the property was left till May 2023. The first time that the skylights arrived for the sunroom they were the wrong size, the second time the wrong size was sent and the third time they had arrived broken. None of these issues, apart from the first, were the responsibility of American Metal Roofings, however I was the one who sent text message after text message trying to get an update on the timeline for completion because no information was forthcoming f

  Dylan provided a very fast quote and indicated he would be out to do the work the following week. It rained for a few days and then they did not show up the week they were supposed to so I figured they were behind from the weather and I sent him a text asking for a new date estimate. I got no response. I texted two more times over the next four days and the messages were read but I got no response. Dylan did respond after I posted my Google review that he had phone trouble and the messages did not send but it does not change the fact that he was supposed to do the work 3 weeks ago and he never contacted me to set a new date. I understand weather delays but it is a service provider’s duty to let the customer know. Also the details of when he said he tried to respond and the date that I sent the last text message asking for a new date was a whole week gap so I am not changing my review.

  I sent Dylan Mullins the construction plans and spoke to him on the phone numerous times about quoting the roof, siding, & framing of our house. He kept telling me I'd have a quote by Monday, that was 2 months ago... He eventually stopped returning phone calls and never did quote the job. I would not use this company

  I did probably 20 website seaches and read many, many reviews of local roofing companies. Of course, I was interested in price, but more importantly was previous customer satisfaction. Every company thinks their shingle, whether Owens-Corning, Cetainteed, GAF, KO, Tamko, etc., is the best. They all seem to me, on the whole, as relatively equal. Professional installation and customer relations are the factors that divide them. I finally contacted 4 local companies. Two were roughly $6,000 higher for my job, (12/12 pitch, 55 square, complete 6" gutter). One was $1,400 less than the company we selected, All American Roofing Pros. We made the right decision. Wish we could select 10 stars. Personable and professional, from the salesperson (Carey), the office staff (Mandy), the project manager (Kevin), the installation crew, and the owner (Dillon). Everything followed up, done right, and on time, even the daily clean up and care not to damage any landscaping. 1st class. Absolutely 1st class. And here's the key, you always sense that every employee is 100% honest and committed to your full satisfaction. Already had several neighbors stop and ask about our experience. I'd encourage you to contract with the same choice we did, All American Roofing Pros. Not just well done, but perfectly done.

  Totally recommend All American Roof Pros! Awesome service from start to finish, from Carey coming out and giving a detail presentation on all options, no pressure and answered all my questions. Easy setup for installation great price and wow! Roofing crew came and in no time a new metal roof!   They installed a brand new roof and gutter system. Only two small complaints with the roof one they went to fast finished in a day...not a real problem but I didnt even get to say high to them in and out...Secondly they forgot to reconnect a fan in the attic but they came back out within a couple days of me notifying them and fixed it right up. They also came in less than 24 hours to tarp the roof after one of the windstorms took shingles down.

Despite having a very busy schedule, they went above and beyond to make time to come out and assist me. Their willingness to accommodate my situation, especially with children in my home, truly meant a lot to me and my family.   As a girl dad, the last thing you want to do is call your son-in-law for help... but I gave in after fighting my HOI on my roof claim for almost a year. Cooter came out and did a new inspection, found things the original guy missed, and helped us get the whole roof replaced! We upgraded to metal and couldn't be happier... the production crew did a great job and kept everything cleaned up so the dog was safe outside. Thanks again All American Roof Pros!!
