  Jared and his crew did a good job. Jared did a great job trimming out my skylights and he really deserves a raise for all the work he does.

  Everyone seemed nice there wanted to get roof and siding done because of roof damage and old siding. Was told by other companies certain prices and this company told me a lower estimate for the roof so thought we’d try them. Really worked with us in beginning but later when wanted to know quotes on the other job wanted but after trying to ask multiple times never received an answer after a long time went by, then later after trying for awhile to get final quote on roof got quoted way higher on roof than what was told, higher than even the competitors. So ended up having to go with another company because the lack of response back. Figured they were busy and did wait for long periods in between contacting them or emailing them and then at the very end getting a way higher quote then what I was told. I contacted them because they came highly recommended but in the end I had to go with someone else.

  I apologize nobody got back to you . Our secretary passed away this time last year and it’s taken us a while to find a good person to try to fill in her shoes. I’m also sorry I’m just now seeing this . I normally check reviews to respond to every few days . Nothing was showing up until someone else left a review today .

  Canceled my first estimate, and no showed the second appointment. Called me an hour and a half late after I left work to meet them there. He said he had an adjuster call and had to meet him and that he can’t miss an adjuster meeting. A one minute phone call to reschedule a second time would have been better. I wouldn’t want to work with this company after that experience.

  I am sorry for what has happened . We have had over 100 calls in the last week. There are only 4 guys running appointments at the moment so we are extremely overwhelmed. Can you please tell me who the rep was? We had 2 people really sick last week into this week. Please feel to call me . Im the owner Jason Jones at 740-501-2282 When adjuster meetings happen we get very little notice most of the time so we normally have to drop everything to get someone there .

  Unfortunately we use a call center when we have to many call come in at the same time. I just went back threw the records and found this. We sincerely apologize. This is the second time this year this has happened, we are working with the call center to figure out what happened. We have a guy who listens to our calls just incase this were to happen but he has been out sick for the last 2 weeks. I tried to call you back this morning. When you get a second please call me at 740-501-2282 I would like to personally come look at it if you would give us the opportunity.

  Do NOT USE this dishonest roofing company. They intentionally damaged my roof in an attempt to sell me a new roof instead of repairing localized wind damage (as verified by an independent engineering report). ZERO STARS

  Mr. DiTomassi, I’m sorry you feel this way. That is not the truth in any way, shape or form. You called us to come to your house to find leaks. Where did those leaks originate from? You have a poorly installed roof and you informed us that you had other companies come look at your roof prior to us being there. My sales guy was trying to keep the peace between you and one of the adjusters (I have this on video). Then the last adjuster says he feels like this is mechanical damage; sorry, I see engineer reports all the time that aren’t true. Let’s not forgot your insurance company sent out a private party between the adjuster meetings to stop a leak around a pipe boot, so yet another company was up on your roof between visits. You might want to check the reviews from our customers and then compare them to the reviews of the companies who came out during this time period. Not one time did we try to sell you an entire roof. I would be happy to send out a truly independent engineer to evaluate it.

  We had an excellent experience working with Matt Stancombe and Refined Roofing Solutions from start to finish. Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.   Everyone from your company were very professional. From the estimator Jeremy, project manager Jared, to the crew themselves. They made sure that all trash was picked up like no one was ever here.   Tom was great to work with! He worked with our Insurance company on roof storm damage assessments & follow up. The crew did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned up and left it exactly how it was before the install. The new roof looks great. We highly recommend giving them a call.

  Jeremy was our contact person and was very prompt and professional. He explained what the entire job would entail and took us step by step as to what we needed to do in regard to the insurance process. Jeremy contacted us when the job was going to be started and supplies would be dropped off the day before. Jared, who is the Project Manager, arrived with his work crew first thing in the morning and they set up all the equipment to remove the old damaged roof and begin installing the new roof. Jared was very friendly and professional as was his crew, they were busy every second and seemed to enjoy their work which gave us confidence that people that enjoy their work usually do a very good job. We were very pleased with the finished product and especially the great cleanup after the roof was completed. I would highly recommend Refined Roofing & Siding for any type of job you need done.
