Tippy Top Roof Repair

The only one or two-star review we hold for Tippy Top Roof Repair.

Installed two skylight windows..one leaked within warranty and they came to repair it with expanding foam..the window leaked again shortly after. The second window also leaked.. the installation was so bad we had to get another company to rip out the windows and install new units properly.

  Reply from the business

Michael, I’m really sorry about the leaks and that our repair didn’t hold up, especially while the skylights were under warranty. This isn’t the standard we aim for at Tippy Top Roof Repair LLC, and I understand why you chose to have another company reinstall them. If you’re willing, please contact us directly with your address and the invoice details so we can review what happened and discuss making this right.

Ben was great, very responsive. Contacted me within 15 minutes of me making the inquiry. Came over next morning to determine what the issue was, I needed a repair and he fixed it the next business day. I cannot say enough about Tippy Top.

Ben made arranging this roof replacement a breeze from a distance. I haven’t seen the new roof yet but my spies tell me he and his crew did a great job despite having to deal with unforeseen unfortunate work by a prior company. He has been a joy ro deal with from our first interaction

It was truly a pleasure working with you and helping make the roof replacement process as smooth as possible, especially while you were handling everything from a distance. We definitely ran into a few surprises from the previous work, but our crew made sure everything was taken care of properly. We really appreciate you trusting Tippy Top Roof Repair with your home and taking the time to leave us such a great review. We hope you love the new roof when you get to see it in person! Thank you again for your business and your trust in our team!

I had a roof leak with wood damage around the chimney. I called Tippy Top. Ben was out the next day with a fair estimate. The following day his crew was out here and had my roof repaired by the end of the day. Great service. Fast forward several months later. After several severe thunderstorms, our roof is solid and have no leaks. Great job. Highly recommend this company.
