WORST roofer I have dealt with to date. Not only have they strung me along with excuses after excuses after weeks of waiting they TEXT me to say they are cancelling our contract. They talk a big game while they meet with you then if they think they. may have any difficulty with the job they cancel. I just want to warn people = if its not an quick and easy roofing job I would not waste time calling them.

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with us left you feeling frustrated—that’s never the outcome we want for any of our customers. We genuinely appreciate every customer who considers working with us and always aim to deliver a level of service that reflects high quality on all levels. In reviewing your project, our team found that completing the necessary repairs would have required work beyond the legal scope of a roofing license—specifically, work that falls under the responsibilities of a licensed general contractor. Continuing without that oversight would’ve risked the quality, safety, and compliance standards we hold ourselves to on every job. We understand that this decision was disappointing, but we made it with your best interest and long-term safety in mind. If you'd like to revisit your project or explore next steps with the right contractor in place, we’d be more than happy to help you. We’re still here and committed to helping however we can—please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Recently we had a tree fall next to our house and it damaged a section of our roof shingles. Robinson Roofing did the repairs. They were excellent to work with, very timely with their initial inspection and in completing the project. Shaun their estimator was great - he was able to research and secure shingles that matched our 14 year old shingles. With that said, you wouldn’t know we had replaced any shingles on the roof. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Robinson Roofing again!

James Robinson Roofing came highly recommended by a colleague, and they exceeded my expectations. The team was prompt, professional, and clear in every communication. The work was done efficiently, and to a very high standard, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews, but Robinson's Roofing truly earned this one. After many remodeling projects over the years, I expected at least one delay or unexpected issue. Instead, everything went exactly as promised—and even ahead of schedule. From the beginning, Corey Frazier explained the entire process in detail, and every step happened just as he said it would. Maria kept everything organized, was always available, and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The roofing crew was outstanding—professional, courteous, hardworking, and incredibly efficient. They replaced the roof on my 3,600-square-foot, single-story home in about a day and a half, which was impressive to watch. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and exactly what every homeowner hopes for when hiring a contractor. Robinson's Roofing earned my highest recommendation.
