  Been over 4 months waiting for them to come out and fix the roof under warranty. So because I’m not a paying customer and I am in fact an already paid customer apparently I don’t matter. Attached screen shots with dates . I heard about them through word of mouth. I was saying how good and fast they were. But apparently having my roof replaced in one day wasn’t very good. They dented my garage. I handled it. Things happen. Clearly rushed work is why they need to come back and now won’t even show up because it’s a free fix. Really upsetting. I should have to pay someone else to come fix something I already paid for to have done correctly in the first place.

  This company is absolutely terrible!!! Save your time. We called them for a quote several times a week for about 3 weeks. Each time their nice receptionist always said the same thing "oh I'm so sorry about that, I'll PERSONALLY make sure someone gets back to you today"... and no one ever does.... I can't recommend this company any less.

While we strive to always get 5-Star reviews, we are certainly not perfect, and it certainly didn't help with the rain delay on your job & that we have had to deal with a lot of material and delivery difficulties due to the 3 Hurricanes that hit our Bay area (Debby, Helene & especially Milton!). It is always our goal to provide the best experience possible for a large remodel project that has to be done so quickly and so precisely. We can see from your perspective why you were disappointed and we will do our best to improve based on what you shared. Meanwhile, we can assure you that even though it did not go as quickly as you envisioned, your Crew Chief has worked with us for 5-Years and he is a top rated roof mechanic with an amazing crew. Your home will be very well protected for years to come, and we will be here to help in any way we can in the future.   Be prepared for no rest with noise or sleep. They start at 6am in the dark and end at 8:30pm in the dark. If you work late, you cannot sleep in, if you have kids that need to go to bed before 8:30pm, wont' happen. Also HOA has rules on construction times and they were not followed.

  Sharpe rescheduled my estimate appt 4 times and I was cool about it. Stuff happens. Then a guy came and said my estimate would be emailed to me. It's been a couple of weeks and never heard from him again, so I hired someone else and the work is already completed and I'm very happy.

  Mr Edgar, I'm afraid there must be some confusion as we do not have you in our system showing a roof replacement or repair was completed or that we gave you a proposal for either. All of your other posts are for businesses in Baltimore, MD, and we are located in Odessa, FL. Is it possible you have us confused with another company?

  Mike Sandlin was knowledgeable, helpful and comforting throughout the process of deciding to replace my roof. It was a big financial decision but with Mike's help and reassurance, and help from MSFH program, I have peace of mind that my roof will stand up to the fiercest storms. Bonus: my homeowners insurance premium went down 50%! Thank you Sharpe Roofing.

  Sharpe roofing is our neighborhood roofing expert. They have helped us out multiple times. After the storms in 2024 they responded quickly to repair a section of shingles that were torn off by Hurricane Milton. Then when we sold our home they helped address some minor issues found during the home inspection. They have replaced a large portion of the roofs in our neighborhood. We would not hesitate to hire them to replace our roof when the time comes.

  I recently searched for a roofing company to replace the shingle roofs of our entire home, detached garage and shed. Mike, the sales rep from Sharpe Roofing was knowledgeable and patient to explain the details and make suggestions. He made the difference in my final selection of Sharpe Roofing. When I had questions after the installation, Mike promptly followed up with the relevant team. The new roof installation was good and fast but putting back the gutter/gutter guard was not. I ended up paying a gutter contractor to reinstall the gutters and replace gutter guards. Overall I am happy with the new roof and would recommend Sharpe Roofing.

  I just recently had a new roof put on and Sharpe was great and easy to work with. From Keegan the sales rep to the roofing team (they were wonderful to work with also). The rest of the team have been great I highly recomennd Sharpe Roofing!!
