  Bob and Jerry for 15 feet of roof Ridge replacing priced it at $826. 00 when in reality the price of the replacement should be at most $200. I wouldn’t recommend them. They are price are extremely absorbent. Their price comes out to $55 a foot for a 20 minute job.

  My roof started leaking in 2019 and at that time I contacted Bob and Jerry's roofing to investigate the leak for an estimate. I contracted with Bob and Jerry's roofing for a total roof replacement after receiving the estimate. The work was completed and paid for in December 2019 for $10,645. Then in December 2025, the roof started leaking again in the same area as originally investigated. They offered to fix it for $1400, but then further work had to be done, and the final bill for the repair was over $2000. I am disappointed that the total roof replacement only lasted for 6 years before leaking again in the same area that was supposed to have been fixed by the replacement. I suspect that not enough attention was paid to the area of the reported leak and should have been corrected with the total roof replacement. Now my relatively new roof has obvious patchwork due to shingles not matching. I would not recommend Bob and Jerry's roofing. UPDATE: Mitch of Bob and Jerry's reached out to me to discuss and resolve my issues. Even though the roof replacement was out of warranty, the problem that resulted in the leak existed before the warranty expired, so my payment for the repair was refunded. This is way above and beyond anything I expected. I cannot thank Mitch enough for his effort. I now wholeheartedly recommend Bob and Jerry's roofing.

  I recently contacted Bob & Jerry's about getting a quote to have our roof replaced. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Daniel. Daniel showed up along with his boss Rob to provide the quote. Before any measurements were taken, Rob suggested I speak with a public adjuster and he quickly recommended a guy named Ray. He told me he would have Ray give me a call. I received a call from Ray a couple hours later and painted this grandeur picture of how he could take care of things and I would have no issues with my claim. He said if the insurance company refused to pay his estimate then he would just sue my insurance company. He stated he could send the paper work over for me to sign and he would handle it from there. He told me that he had been in the insurance business and was tired of seeing the insurance companies screw people so he decided to do something about it and got into the public adjuster business. He stated he still had his insurance license but was now doing public adjuster work. I asked how he got paid and he told me the claim would be inflated enough to cover his costs. I told him I would get back with him. Rob calls a short time later to see if I had spoken with Ray. I told him I had and he asked if I was going to use Ray. I told him I was unsure but would still like to get the estimate. I was told I would have it the following day. I received nothing and called Daniel back to follow up regarding my estimate. He claimed that he would have to get with Rob. I finally received the estimate the following week. I did some investigating of my own regarding public adjusters and Ray. It seems as though Ray had just received his public adjusters certification in November of 2019 and had only been working for this company since March of 2020. He also held his life and health incense license which is nothing like property and casualty insurance. I spoke with my insurance agent and he told me involving a public adjuster was the last th

  Deloris answered the phone for the business and when we figured out that our timelines wouldn't work she didn't say have a nice day or goodbye she just hung up on me. We weren't even arguing. They must be even too busy to finish a conversation politely. No thanks.

  We had Hunter come out today to look at our roof for a small water stain I saw in the bathroom. He said it needs to have some caulking done on the vent boot. Which we will be able to do ourselves. He was kind thorough and honest would definitely call again if a big problem should ever occur

  Honestly, we haven’t had them work on anything yet. We got a free inspection/estimate from Hunter. Our lanai roof had an area where the metal warped causing a small leak (mind you, we had the whole metal strip replaced a year ago by a different roofing company due to hurricane damage). They wanted to replace the whole strip again for more money instead of it being under warranty. Hunter let us know with full transparency, it can be sealed with specific caulking which we could do on our own. He could have easily said it was a huge job with a large bill (like the other roofing company did) just for it to simply warp again due to this horrible heat now & in the future. When we actually need work done, we will absolutely use Bob & Jerry Roofing… & I hope Hunter will be on the job.

  Bob and Jerry’s roofing company replaced my entire roof in 2024. They did it in one day. They took into account that I have solar panels so they actually put 2 roofs on. A rubber base to seal and prevent leaks from the solar panels and then shingle's on top. They even helped me fine another solar company they trusted to remove and replace my panels for the new roof. I’m thrilled with the results and I know my roof was done by the best and will protect my home for many years to come. Thank you Bob and Jerry for giving me peace of mind. Freida Waters
