  I have recommended them to others and I used Tactical Roofing on my own home a couple years ago. They removed my pool solar panels before doing the new roof and reinstalled them after. They got it done quick and left my yard neat & clean. Very please with their service!

  Tactical came out due to a small leak in our roof. The manager came out and patched the portion that needed it. He said it was a quick fix and took the time to do it right then before we got more rain and ceiling damage. We have used them before and every person who has come out has been incredibly nice and helpful. He even walked me through how to patch the ceiling on the inside and recommendations for cutting my trees back, so that it doesn't happen again. Tactical is definitely who we always call when we need roofing help.

  The work crew was on time both days and got to work immediately. I was very impressed at how hard they worked both days! Mike the project manager and Princess, work crew handler were at my house for a good portion of the project. My questions were answered and everything went smoothly. I'm happy with the color I picked for the shingles and I received several compliments on the roof. Every time I called the office, Alexandra answered immediately and was great to work with, which is a quality many companies should put into practice.

  Tactical provided full roof replacement by Christmas following hurricane Milton in October 2024. Since completion, the service has been responsive, resolving typical follow-up issues.

  Daniel (Dan) Joeckel with Tactical Roofing, came highly recommended to me, and it is clear why. From the very first day, he was professional, reliable, and easy to reach. He immediately had tarps placed on my roof to prevent leaks, carefully inspected the damage, and documented everything in my best interest. Throughout the process, Dan was patient, never pushy, and always accommodating. He allowed me to handle my deductible at a time that worked best for me, and once it was taken care of, he had the work completed with impressive speed and thoroughness. He also had excellent resources for roof and gutter colors, and even strong references for additional services such as painting if needed. What impressed me most is that Dan treats his clients with the same values he seems to live by. He shows integrity, loyalty, and teamwork in in all that I’ve ever seen him to do.. He is personable, friendly, and clearly devoted to his family, which is reflected in the dedication he brings to his customers. A tremendous reflection on the company in which he represents.
