  I am sorry but you are not our customer and the customer is happy with our work and is aware of your complaint and is not complaining. We came out immediately when you called the office and my supervisor picked up 3 items that he found. It is a constructiuon site and we clean up as we go.

  They were priced well but there were too many red flags for me to trust them. Did my research and went elsewhere. Glad I did!

  Unsupervised, incomplete work. Multiple damages and unfinished flat roof…. Instead of fixing the issues they demanded full payment to fix them, responded with an attorney, put a lien on my home and never addressed the issues. I still look at what appears to be a giant diaper of a flat roof daily- yes they have been fully paid, including for extra wood they refused to show me pictures of. It would have been easy to do the right thing but they chose not to. A nightmare of a company to work with. They took full advantage of me. Stay away.

  I am sorry you feel this way. With the issues that came up that were resolved you still werent happy and used it as an excuse and took 11 months after we had to go to our attorney to pay us. Ultimately you ended up with a beautiful roof and our guys did a great job. I am really sorry that you are still not happy.

  Received a quote from them alone with other companies. There price was way out of control for metal roofing. Like 35k over priced. Kept trying to get me to do shingles instead. I got the feeling they really do not do metal roofing and would have just taken the money and hired another company to do the work.

  6 people arrived early, removed most of old shingles, installed new shingles and said they were done, just after lunch. Each roofer laid their own pattern with hundreds of little extra tabs stuck between each variable sized square. Within week Carl came out but did not resolve or address my issues. Gave me caulk to fix myself. FEMALES AGE 75 HAVE NO BUSINESS ON A ROOF. First wind storm and my shingle cuts will be on the ground. Wish I could get my money back! Beware! Look at my pics. 2-3-4 layers and pieces.

  We explained that you had a 3 Tab and now you have Architectural shingles that may look different. Your roof was installed to manufacturer and County code. I am sorry if it is not the look you are used to but it is the roof shingle you chose.

  The experience was great from the initial sales consult to the finished roof. Office staff was easy to work with. Installers were courteous and respectful of my property. Inspection and follow up went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

  I would like to take the time to thank AJ, Adam, Luis and his great crew and also Raven at Bay to Bay Roofing I needed a new roof and they did a phenomenal job from start to finish.   Thank you to Santos and crew that came out to do the work. Got this all done in a day and the craftmanship on some of the replacement wood is flawless. This is a reasonable price to have work done by talented men of the craft.

  Luis and crew came early, got right to work and did a spectacular job. The install was flawless. Even with a minor hiccup at the end, bay to bay handled it promptly and made it right within a day! Adam and Geno gave fantastic service and did an excellent job with any questions or concerns. Communication with them was also excellent. Thank you so much Bay to Bay!

  Bay Area Roofing did an outstanding job on my home. From start to finish, the team was punctual, professional, and detail oriented.   Bay to Bay installed a new roof on my house and the crew lead by Santis was amazing. Very attentive, meticulous and professional. I am a happy customer and recommend Bay to Bay for any roofing needs. It comes down to Quality and that word is synonymous with Bay to Bay Roofing. From the initial sales call with Scott to the office administration with Raven and then to the Project Management with Adam it was a pleasant experience and very professional.
