  Work was shoddy and amateurish the job was not completed. I called numerous times 2 guys did come back to see what needed to be finished and then they never came back.

  Had every intentions of hiring this company, but when he looked at the site, he said he had to bring the other gentleman that works for him and come back and give me a correct quote. He never showed up in the timeframe that he said he would be there and when I txt an asked him why, he still has not responded. I would not hire this company if they are that unprofessional

  Workers were unprofessional, constantly late, worksite left unclean everyday day. 2 week job ended up taking 3 months. Not recommended for large jobs. Ended up hiring another contractor to finish job.

  We aren't even sure who this "customer" is. We have been in business for 15 years, we haven't had a customer have to hire another contractor to finish one of our jobs. Whoever this is, feel free to contact us so we can clarify this. Thank you.

  We contacted this company for some home improvement work - after having a rep come out - they never kept their word on when they would return to start the work. My husband initially spoke with them, and then I spoke with the gentleman by phone (again) to set up a time to meet at our house - he told me he would stop on his way home from a game - never heard from him again and that was last year. :/ this is very unprofessional and not the way to do business. Very disappointing.

  I walked up to Tim’s Mid Ohio at the fairgrounds where it took forever to get anyone to acknowledge me and my wife even though they were standing there and so we’re we for several minutes. They made an appointment then ditched us and here a week later they’ve never bothered to call to reschedule. Save your time.

  Mansfield City Courts are not very happy with this company. Tim Caper refuses to pay for a settlement we were awarded in court. Once we identify his bank, he has a connection at the court house who alerts him that we have made a request to rightfully garnish their accounts. Beware, They use sub contractors who will stalk you when they are questioned about their lack of craftsmanship and skill. All while leaving cigarettes' butts all over your house. The floor became a fall hazard for an elderly disabled person.

  We are new to the area and had seen signs for this company. We placed a call to schedule an estimate. No one showed for the estimate appointment. We called back several times, no one answered and no one returned any of our calls. We will never use this company. This doesn't fall in line with other reviews so I'm assuming they are under new (terrible) management.

  On the recommendation of our insurance agent, we had a new roof installed by Tim's Mid Ohio on 6 May. The foreman of the crew, Jesse, did a nice job with the process. Shortly after beginning the tear-off it was determined that our plywood was delaminating and that it should be replaced. Jesse found a local supplier and procured the plywood. He and his crew installed the new plywood over the entirety of our roof and finished the job by the end of the day. He also went out of his way to run out and get the correct color of drip edge after I had picked the wrong color. I am posting a couple photos of the flashing and finish work at our chimney. Pleased with how it turned out. I would possibly ding Tim's half a star for spotty communication throughout the process but otherwise very happy.

  What a Great job Tim's Mid Ohio Did. We had 3 tree's come through our home and destroyed the kitchen. It was a 5 week project and every night the crew cleaned up and left the area clean and neat. The whole kitchen was taken down to the studs and or drywall. New cabinets, countertop's and new electric. Tim and Shaun worked with my wife to get her the new kitchen exactly how she wanted it. Shaun is a master at his craft and Tim knew where to get the cabinet's and countertops at the best price's. I was so impressed that their main goal was our satisfaction, not just a hit and run project like many other businesses these days. We had them remodel a bathroom also Tim seam's to have experts for every job. This crew was in and out in a week with a full tear out of the bathroom. Tim really transformed a tragedy into a dream. If your looking for a job that need's done Tim is the first person to call. His workers are unbelievable. Thanks' Tim

  Very happy with my new roof. Got it finished quickly for a fair price and cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they were there.

  Had a new roof put on our house. The crew was professional and they made sure everything was picked up. Jimmy made sure to answer any of my questions I had along the way and overall was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
