  Kenneth was amazing, he was kind and professional. He showed up on time, came back and met the adjuster and once the adjuster was finished he went through the adjuster report with me to ensure I understood the process. He did an excellent job and I have already recommended him to a friend.

  Tier 1 Roofing is going out of their way to build a great working relationship with our HOA and our roofing needs. The work is still to be done but their customer service is A plus .

  Everyone arrived on schedule. They worked very hard in extreme high temperatures. Answered any questions we had. The yard was spotless after they left that afternoon. They were very polite and professional. If I could have afforded it I would have tipped all of them.
