  They definitely got the name right dry sky roofing is pretty much what their warranty is if it doesn't rain your roof won't leak. This company is trash do not bother calling them for anything. I wouldn't have them fix my daughter's Barbie playhouse. The truth is in the name.

  I’m not sure how dry sky roofing got such great reviews because for us, they schedule us but never show. They came out the first time but had the wrong roofing and went back to their place to get it but we literally haven’t seen them since. We booked them thru our home warranty company and for months we just get put off and most of the time they don’t even call. We’ve been trying to get our roof done since last fall with this company. Must be nice to be able leave a client sitting around waiting and not have it effect your income.

  Lizby, I'm sorry for your troubles, but we don't work with any home warranty companies. Have you called or spoke to anyone with our office? Or are you scheduling through the home warranty company? Please call the office or let me know your address. Your name is not in our system. I think 3 years ago we got a bad review for the same situation with home warranty companies making promises they can't keep. Just call the office and we can definitely schedule something, but we don't take payments or work with home warranty companies

  No call. No show. When I called, I was transferred to the person who scheduled my appointment. He didn’t call back until I left a review. Then he calls back to tell me they don’t work with my warranty company even thought they accepted the work order. Then just blew me off. I’d skip this company unless you like having your time wasted.

  We have been trying to get a skylight installed since a tree went through our previous one over 2 months ago. It has been an ongoing situation trying to get this resolved. Wrong parts ordered, wrong information relayed to us, and now they are going to need to re-do because the skylight they installed ( we asked for one that we could open and close) but screen won’t fit because opening or measurements they took are wrong. They might be ok for roof repair but the skylight installation has been a fiasco.

  Can't say enough good things. They came out and made some needed repairs to my roof a year or two ago and did a good job. I had someone come out today to repair a very small area where the fascia wasn't covering the side of the roof in my side yard, and they agreed to fix it FOR FREE because I had done that larger project with them before. They fixed the issue in under 10 minutes as well. Really helped me out during a time where I am currently laid off/unemployed. That's how you keep a customer for life. Great business.

  Exceptional Service, Quality Work & a Company You Can Trust! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dry Sky Roofing! From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional. They came out to provide a quote for our gutters, and when I had additional questions afterward, they actually took the time to come back out and speak with me face-to-face to make sure every question and concern I had was completely addressed. That level of personal service is hard to find these days! They are a local, personable, professional company that truly makes you feel like your business matters. Once we decided to move forward, they got us scheduled immediately. Our new gutters were installed with outstanding quality, care, and professionalism—and they turned out beautifully! They honestly improved the entire appearance of our home. What makes me even more confident in recommending Dry Sky Roofing is that I later learned they had also completed the roof and fencing on the home we recently purchased.   Dry Sky Roofing is phenomenal! Cost was extremely reasonable. Getty's customer service was fantastic, he would respond promptly and gave us updates daily. We got a new roof, windows, siding and gutters and our 100 year old house looks amazing! My husband and I are extremely happy with the services provided and will recommend Dry Sky Roofing to everyone!

  Thank you, Dry Sky Roofing, you surpassed all of our expectations. A problem showed up 6 years after our roof was destroyed by Hurricane Florence and then replaced by Dry Sky Roofing. A call was made to DSR, and the service after the sale was extraordinary, Dry Sky roofing traveled a great distance to the coast to exceed their 5 year warranty. Nothing but pride in the workmanship would’ve allow them to do this. Dry Sky Roofing will be our first call if we need roof work completed in the future.
