  My mistake, I opened the door to these door knocking sales guys. They are very insurance driven. They said they could get me a new roof because of the hail storm in my area. I asked for an estimate and he refused saying that I don’t need to worry about it because they would not charge more than what my insurance would pay. Without checking my policy first, they called my insurance to start the claim. Turns out my roof policy had ACV, not paying much at all. When I brought this up to the sales guy of this company he had the decency to say that I can just cash the check and not do the roof (insurance fraud) or I can shop around for a company that would do it at lower cost. They were no longer interested in doing my roof. Needless to say, me opening the door cost me $10k out of my pocket. Oh, and I asked to speak with his boss, they told me he will get in touch with me…. Still waiting for that call

  We knocked on your door we helped you facilitate your roof being bought. We made the call with YOU. At no point did you or your insurance company tell us you had a ACV policy. Something you purchased. Even with this we would have helped you except for the fact that you conveniently left out YOU FIRED US. When my sales guy followed up with you before you found out about your policy you verbatim said. I WILL NOT BE NEEDING YOUR SERVICES MY BROTHER IS A ROOFER. So you thought you were pulling a fast one and it came back to bite you. 8 years 4000 roof ZERO bad reviews about our work and what we do. You are a dishonest person and I am glad we did not do business with you. I HAVE THE TEXTS WHERE YOU FIRED US. Unfortunately Google will not let me post them. I have posted your text firing us before you found out about your ACV policy. It is now in my main photos so everyone can see you are a liar who tried to pull a fast one. As far as you cashing your ACV check and not doing the roof it is not fraud. It is your money fraud happens when you have a RCV policy and claim final compensation for work not done. We are on preferred vendor lists with several insurance companies and often receive referrals.

  Carolina Restoration Pro did my roof a few years ago. I had a a loose shingle flapping around. I reached out to them and the owner Davin contacted me and had a crew out the same day to fix it.

  I had the pleasure of working with Michael Logan for a new roof on my home, that suffered hail damage. Michael put my mind at ease, helped me through the insprocess process from start to finish. Michael was highly professional,, knowledgeable and kind. Communication was top, notch. I'm so happy with my roof and gutter system. The roof crew were kind, efficient and mindful of my property and home, before during and after installation. Many of my neighbors are using them as well. I i highly recommend Carolina Restoration Pro.

  Michael Logan from Carolina Restoration Pro approached us to ask if we would like to have our roof checked for hail damage. We said ok and learned that we had enough damage that our insurance covered the replacement. That was great news! Thank you Michael for facilitating this! But because they were from Charlotte, which was over 100 miles away, we were concerned about who they were and what kind of work they did. So before we ageed to have them replace our roof we asked Michel to send us copies of all their insurance policies and workers comp policy as well, and asked for references from customers who had no issues with their installation and at least 2-3 from people who had an issue after their roof was installed. He gave us 8 references and we had a list of questions we asked each one of them. Their responses seemed honest and objective. We decided to have them replace our roof and we’re so glad we did. We were able to choose the Brand of shingles we wanted. The crew was on time and very thorough. They were diligent about tarping off our pool and landscaping by the house. They only threw the old shingles off the roof in designated spots that would not damage anything and they had one person constantly going over the yard and driveway with a magnet tool to retrieve all the nails. It was very clean, as if they were never there. We did notice one thing that did need to be repaired later. I called Michael and within 2 days they had a great crew that came in and made the repair. It was done perfectly. We highly recommend Michael and Carolina Restoration Pro. Great quality and customer service. We would definitely use them again.
