  Owner is not accountable for his actions. Very untrustworthy. Seems to think that he makes the rules of life and everyone else should follow them. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend doing business with him.

  As a business owner I'm proud of how I take care of customers. I expect the same from other business. 5k is not a light repair to still be dealing with the same issues I took my truck to you. I paid for the work in full, even an extra 1700 that you never discussed until after the fact. You didn't like that I did not recommend your business for diesel services based on my experience.

  Don't waste your time with these guys. 3 weeks to give me a quote. After 6 weeks they give me two confusing quotes which make nonsense. Saying one thing on one quote and another on another. They are grossly incompetent. Go else where. The rest of the reviews appear to be bots. They are unprepared and unequivocally equipt to handle basic roofing matters. Please don't waste your time as I DID

  They showed up late, inspected my roof with a drone which was cool. They said by the afternoon they’d get me a quote on a few different repair options for a leak in the roof. They did not… still waiting. Overall not impressed.

  These guys are liars and crooks. Charged us for a roof repair that did not get done whatsoever. Building has flooded 2 times, and they refuse to answer the phone or show up to repair. They’ve told us 3 times that they’d be out to repair the issues, and every time there is a new excuse as to why it hasn’t been done.

  Max, Mauricio, and the whole crew who replaced our roof were great. Very fair prices, easy to work with, upfront and transparent about costs and scope of needed work, and they showed up righg on time and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I couldn't even tell they had been on my property when they left and the roof looks great. Excellent group of folks. Highly recommend for anyone in the greater north Charlotte/Concord area who needs roofing work.

  Max Roofing did a great job helping me with a partition wall inside my metal building. They were professional, easy to work with, and handled the project exactly how I needed it done.   Mr. Max and his crew were excellent in getting my roof, vinyl siding, gutters, garage and windows repaired within a couple of days. He came afterwards to check to see if everything was done properly which he explained thoroughly. This business is highly genuine in doing their job and communication is effective.

  Max (owner) showed up as promised. He assessed the issue with the roof leak, provided a very reasonable quote and a detailed scope of work. His guy came later the same day and removed the ice.l'. Very satisfied!!
