Recently needed some roof repairs because a few spots were leaking during rain storms. I called several roofing companies and they were only focused on replacing the entire roof. Didn’t even want to entertain the idea of fixing. I recvd several quotes which all were well over $8k for a small condo roof. I happen to see a yard sign for Skyview Roofing and thought what the heck let me give them a call and maybe get lucky. Boy, did I. Robert came out the next day after I called him on Friday and listened to what I had to say and then went up to check the roof. He said he could def repair, didn’t think I needed full roof replacement at this time. Gave me a quote for $800 and was here Monday to repair. We have had plenty of hard rain since the repair and NO MORE LEAKS! He was very professional and courtesy. Thank you Skyview Roofing for a job well done!!

Skyview Roofing did an outstanding job on our home. Their team removed our old gutter system, washed, repaired, and painted the fascia and soffits, installed a new roof, and added a new 6" gutter system with gutter guards. The owner was instrumental in getting everything scheduled quickly and keeping the project on track, even with weather delays. Communication was excellent from start to finish—we always knew what was happening and when. The workmanship was top‑notch. The crew took great care with cleanup as they worked, including thoroughly collecting nails and screws. Other than the unavoidable rain delay, there were no surprises and no exceptions. We were very impressed with Skyview Roofing and would recommend them to friends without hesitation.

They didn’t just install a new metal roof — they improved my original plan with smart recommendations I hadn’t even considered, and every one of those suggestions turned out to be exactly right. The crew worked quickly, kept everything clean, and delivered a result that looks fantastic. I’m genuinely impressed with both the craftsmanship and the guidance throughout the process.

Skyview did an excellent job replacing our roof, repairing the metal roof over our front porch and also adding GRX leaf guards on all the gutters. Of all the companies we spoke with, Skyview was the only one willing to do the repairs on the metal roof in addition to replacing the architectural shingles on the rest of the house. The crew did a great job and work was completed in a timely manner; as well as, the cleanup afterwards. Steve even came back after the roof was completed and took drone shots of the roof so that we could see a ‘bird's-eye’ view of the finished product.
