Our roof is very steep, so this was not an easy job, but Miguel and the crew handled it with real skill. They showed up early each day, worked steadily from morning to evening, and finished the replacement in about three days. Throughout the project, the area around the house was kept neat. They moved our potted plants, grill, and other items that could have been damaged, and they were especially careful to keep roofing debris away from the pool behind the house. The team also did a thorough cleanup at the end and made a final sweep around the property, picking up nearly all visible debris. When we had a few questions about the flashing and some roofing details, everything was explained in simple terms, which gave us peace of mind. They also helped coordinate a gutter quote and replacement, which made the whole exterior improvement process much easier for us. Another big plus was that the office handled the insurance billing, saving us time and stress. The roofing crew came out, inspected the roof closely, and showed me that the chimney flashing had separated and a few asphalt shingles had lifted from wind damage. What stood out most was how clearly they explained everything without making it confusing. They knew roofing well and walked me through the issue in simple terms. They replaced the damaged shingles, sealed the chimney flashing, checked the underlayment in that area, and secured a loose ridge cap section that I did not even realize needed attention. They also cleared debris from a roof valley where water had been backing up, which likely added to the leak. At first I was stressed seeing water come into the house, but after they explained how the leak path worked and how rain runoff was getting in, I felt much better. Luis and the crew worked neatly, removed the old roofing material, and shared before-and-after photos so I could clearly see the repair work.   I’m pretty sure this is the roofing company that replaced my whole roof not long after I bought my house. I was very happy with how professional they were from start to finish. They were easy to talk to, never pushy, and gave me plenty of time to make a decision. They also helped guide me through the insurance process and made a roof replacement feel much less stressful. The crew did solid work, and the finished roof looked great. After some strong Ohio winds in Cincinnati, I noticed a few shingles had come loose while I was out of town, so I plan to reach back out to them. Other than that, I have not had any issues with the roof. Overall, I was very satisfied with the workmanship, customer service, and the completed job.

  Our asphalt shingle roof was recently replaced, and the whole roofing team did an excellent job. luis came out for the estimate, arrived right on time, and sent over the quote and contract very quickly after the visit. He listened to our need to keep the budget under control and offered one of the best prices for the scope of work. The install crew also arrived as scheduled and worked very hard from start to finish. They tore off the old roof, installed new underlayment and roof decking prep, and then completed the new shingle system with updated flashing and ridge vents in a very efficient timeline. The crew was organized, professional, and clearly experienced with residential roofing work. johnathan, the crew lead, kept everything moving smoothly and made sure the job stayed on track. Based on what i saw during the project, the workmanship looked solid and the installation quality was very good. The cleanup was also excellent at the end of each day during both tear-off and installation, which really mattered because access around the home was tight. Even with limited space, they were careful around the landscaping and took extra steps to protect nearby windows and surrounding areas. Overall, this was a very positive experience. The team communicated well, respected the property, and delivered a clean, well-installed roof that looks great and should hold up well through ohio weather, including rain, wind, and seasonal temperature changes. miguel and the rest of the crew made the process easy, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.
