  A few years back, I watched company: Thomas Brothers Roofers Llc put new roofs on two nearby homes in Cincinnati. Seeing the work up close gave me confidence, and when I spoke with Brandon, he clearly explained the roofing process, the materials, and how the crew would handle the job. His attention to detail and knowledge really stood out. More recently, we started having roofing problems with torn shingles along the roof edge and rain getting into the soffit area. At first I thought it might be a simple repair, but once I got up there and saw the condition of the roof, I realized it needed a professional roofer. I called, and Brandon came out the very next day to inspect everything. He checked the area I was concerned about, then also pointed out a few other issues, including popped nails, additional soffit leaks, and a structural problem that was affecting the roof system. He recommended a full roof replacement instead of a temporary patch, which made sense after he explained it. The estimate was fair and included fixing the structural concern, which gave us peace of mind. We also needed some fascia and eave board replacement, and that part was handled on a time and materials basis, which seemed reasonable because it was detailed trim work and not a quick job. The crew started soon after and wrapped up fast. The finished roof looks excellent, and the whole property was left very clean. They picked up old shingles, debris, and loose nails, and they were organized from start to finish. Everyone was polite, focused, and professional, with no wasted time, just solid roofing work. This turned into a much better outcome than I expected for a project I had been putting off. We are extremely happy with the new roof, the repairs, and the cleanup, and I only wish we had taken care of it sooner.

  We had three structures that needed new roofing, plus gutters, downspouts, attic ventilation, and some framing and vinyl siding installed over cement block on one building. From the first meeting, grant and brandon were easy to talk with and really listened to what we wanted, while also sharing helpful roofing suggestions and practical options.   When I needed help fast, my roof in Cincinnati had some serious dips and the rainy season was just starting. After checking things out, we realized the old plywood was in bad shape because of poor ventilation from when the house was first built. Brandon and his crew really stepped up and handled everything like true pros. They managed to re-roof my entire second story in just about a day and a half. Even though the final cost was a bit higher than the original quote, they went above and beyond by adding new fascia at no extra charge—which really shows how much they care about quality and making sure the customer is happy. They used Malarkey shingles, which look fantastic and are perfectly lined up. The ventilation issues were completely fixed, and the new fascia was a great extra touch. Looking at their workmanship, I can tell this new roof will last for many years to come. Would I use them again? Without a doubt.   thomas brothers roofers llc is definitely the best choice if you need roofing work done in cincinnati. i had major hail damage from a recent storm and needed my whole roof replaced. i got quotes from a couple other companies, but after calling thomas brothers roofers llc, brandon got back to me very quickly, came out the same day, checked everything, and gave me a free estimate. the price was much better than the others i received. what really stood out was their experience with situations like mine and how well they explained everything about the roof replacement. they're a locally based company, and while they're not too big, they still have enough skilled crews to handle multiple jobs at once. every team has a bilingual supervisor, which made it easy for me to communicate and understand what was happening, since my spanish isn't great. their foreman, david, was also really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. roofing can be a messy job, but their crews cleaned up every bit of debris, nails, and old shingles. it was like they were never there—very impressive. grant even stopped by at the end to double-check the cleanup. the value you get for your money is excellent, and my new roof looks fantastic. plus, it came with a solid warranty for the shingles. if you want top quality and peace of mind, i highly recommend going with this company.
