  i had todd come out to my home in Plano to look over the exterior and help with a roofing and siding project. they handle residential and commercial roofing, gutters, siding, restoration, fencing, concrete, and solar work, so it was helpful to have one crew for related exterior repairs. with todd guiding the job, the team replaced my old wood siding and underlayment with Hardie board, Tyvek, and new insulation, and they also made sure the roofline and flashing areas tied in properly. the crew worked fast and stayed organized from start to finish. it was a two day project, and at the end of each day they cleaned the area so well it looked like they had never been there. the workmanship was excellent, the materials were solid, and the finished exterior looks much better and feels more protected from the Texas heat and storms. i plan to use them again for future roofing and exterior projects. i highly recommend them for honest service, professional work, and quality craftsmanship.

  I’ve relied on Thomas & Sons Roofing & Construction for years on roofing and exterior work at a couple of properties, and every job has been top quality. Most recently, strong wind damaged my roof and blew off a large section of shingles. I called, and Levi came out within a couple of hours to inspect everything. He checked the roof, explained the damage clearly, and arranged for a crew to come the next day for a temporary repair to help prevent leaks and protect the home. He also made the insurance process much easier by helping me get the paperwork and details together for a full roof replacement. The whole project was completed smoothly, and the new roof looks excellent. The crew worked hard, kept the area clean, and finished with real attention to detail. You would hardly know they had been there except for how great the roof looks now. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Plano needing roofing, shingles, storm damage repair, or general exterior construction work.

  Updated review: They reached out right away to talk through our concerns and made everything clear. After that, they sent Eduardo and Levi back to finish cleaning the outside of the gutters just like we expected. They did a solid job, and the roofline and gutters looked much better when they were done. Previous comments: I recommend asking for the scope of work to be explained clearly before the job starts, especially for gutter cleaning and exterior roofline detail work. In our case, 'gutter cleaning' mainly covered the inside of the gutters, while the outer gutter surfaces were treated as a separate service. Once we discussed it, the crew came back, explained the extra gutter face cleaning, and handled it professionally. In the end, the communication improved a lot, and the roofing and gutter service turned out well.

  A friend recommended Thomas & Sons Roofing & Construction, and Eduardo came out to inspect the work we needed and gave us a fair quote. He returned the next day and got started right away. Eduardo and his crew did outstanding work from start to finish. Their response time, workmanship, value, and punctuality were better than we expected. The estimate came in lower than we thought, and the results were excellent. Our gutters look clean, solid, and professionally installed, and the roofline looks much better now. He also replaced our back door, completed an interior ceiling patch in the living room, and blended everything so well you cannot tell there was ever any damage. In Plano, it is important to have exterior work done right because of the heat, heavy rain, and strong storms, and the crew handled everything with care and attention to detail. We could not have asked for a better experience and are extremely happy with all the work that was completed. We would gladly use them again for future roofing, gutter, and home repair needs.

  I recently had my roof replaced, and it looks great. It was my first time going through a roofing project, so I had a lot of questions. Scott was very patient, met with me more than once, and took the time to explain the process clearly so I could feel confident making the right choice. I decided to upgrade the shingles and a few other roofing materials, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of work. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked hard, kept the job moving, and finished everything quickly. Overall, I’m very happy with the new roof and the whole experience.

  Highly recommend this roofing team. They handled a big exterior project for us, including a new roof, Hardie Plank siding, replacement windows, gutters, skylights, and repairs with new materials on our screened porch where some rotted areas needed attention. He also explained the long-term value of a full tear-off versus simply laying new shingles over the old roof.   Best service we could have asked for. We called a few roofing companies before reaching out, and only one even called back with a very high quote and a big upfront payment request. Then Scott stepped in and helped right away. Scott came out to inspect three roof leaks that were causing water to get into our home after strong Texas storms. He got on the roof immediately, found the problem areas, and gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. We hired him on the spot. He explained that the crew was very busy because of recent storm damage in the area, but he still got us scheduled as soon as possible. When more rain was in the forecast, I called with concerns, and Scott said he would personally make sure the roof was protected with tarps if needed so no more water would get inside before the repair date. Not long after that, he called back and moved us up sooner. The next day, he and his roofing team got started. The work was completed quickly, and the crew did an excellent job. They were careful, professional, and made sure to protect our above-ground pool so no roofing debris would fall into it. We really appreciated the attention to detail, honest communication, and hard work from start to finish. Scott and the team were reliable, on time, and easy to work with. In our view, this is one of the best roofing teams in Plano. Honest, dependable, and full of integrity.
