  One of their drivers cut me off and then we were both going to Starbucks and I happened to get in line and he blew the horn at me and threatened me with the pickup truck. If this is how the workers act I would not want them in my home. Incident location Hwy 64 knightdale

  They were nice people but unfortunately they were not willing and able to write an estimate. After your years of experience I find that to show incompetency and that you are not a company of merit. To very adamantly suggest that you have to see how much the homeowner was paid from their insurance in order to write an estimate is manipulation. This practice has become all too common amongst roofing contractors that chooses to undervalue a homeowners rights. Keep in mind that you really do not work for the insurance company! The homeowner pays the insurance company to work for them! You are providing a service for the homeowners, which means it is the homeowner that hires you and pays you! Typically when a homeowner calls you for an estimate they have the means to pay you and their source of income should not be your top priority or concern.

  Fake company roof inspector showed me the pic of different roof. When I told him to share pictures. He said sure will do that. Never heard from him since then. Save your money beware of them. Your system has wrong entry with name Meda. call me I will disclose the name of the sales representative.

  Had a great experience with Big Bear. They helped us every step of the way and installed the roof very quickly. Professional all the way through. They provided drone footage of the roof after installation during the follow-up. That was a nice touch and extremely useful.

  Macon was great. He explained everything clearly. I was nervous because I’ve never purchased a new roof. He assured me that the company is reputable. I like the fact that it’s a veteran owned business!

  Have never had 100% satisfaction from a big company in every step of process, from the first day of quoting me a price to the end and completion of the job. The completion was ahead of the scheduled completion date. Big Bear explained everything in detail, especially the salesman who did the quote. The install crew came a day early and politely asked if they could start project and finished job early. They cleaned up the worksite very good. As I said evry aspect of process is 5 Stars out of 5 for sure.

  We had gutters added to our existing system to redirect water from rotting wood on our Tudor style home. Unlike other companies pushing for a whole new gutter system on the whole house, Big Bear designed a solution that solved the problem with just a few add ons. They also installed a small roof on a newly built shed to match our house. Once again, they helped us by using materials we already had, and charged for a reasonable labor rate. We are so grateful to Macon, James, and the crews who helped us with our projects. Highly recommend.

  Needed ridge vents replaced and wanted 6in gutters to replace the old 5in on the house. Both teams were on-time, professional and courteous. The gutter team got the extra credit kudos for cleaning up all the previous gutter debris and roof valley accumulation of pine straw and leaves. Highly recommend this business.

  Amazing work from these guys and gals. Smooth transaction, start to finish. They were able to inspect my roof without me having to be there. They were quick, organized and even helped me install a roof mounted ventilation exhaust. Replaced all my Rotten wood the shingles just look amazing.
