Grayson found a minor issue with the flat part of the roof. He clearly explained the issue and showed us pictures. It was quickly remedied. Thank you Grayson. We feel very confident using ShingleMaster and have recommended their services. Staff always polite and punctual.

I’ve referred The Shingle Master several times and trust them completely. I know the family that owns the company and their integrity shows in how they do business. If I ever need roofing work, they will be my first call.

The Shingle Master replaced our roof and guided my family through the entire insurance claims process, including meeting directly with the insurance company. The end result was a new GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal roof with a lifetime warranty, and only $1,000 out of pocket. Since our roof was installed, I have confidently referred The Shingle Master to numerous neighbors, many of whom achieved similar results. Having been a contractor for many years myself, I understand the importance of clear communication, answering the phone, and setting realistic expectations. The Shingle Master consistently delivered on all of those fronts. They do business with integrity and have earned my trust. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

As a Realtor, having a roofing company I can trust during the buying and selling process is critical, and The Shingle Master has been that partner for me time and time again. I have worked with them on numerous transactions where roof condition could have easily delayed or derailed a deal. Their inspections are thorough, honest, and clearly explained, which helps set realistic expectations for both buyers and sellers. What I appreciate most is their responsiveness and professionalism. They understand real estate timelines and help eliminate surprises during due diligence and insurance negotiations. Whether it is a repair, replacement, or documentation needed for closing, they make the process smooth and stress free. I confidently recommend The Shingle Master to my clients anytime roofing comes into question. They have helped make many of my transactions cleaner and easier.
