  I've never left a review on Google, but I'm prompted to do so at this stage. Legacy put in a new roof in 2018. However, it was installed poorly, with the roof tiles under the flashing, causing thousands of dollars in damage to the house, which we obviously did not notice. Very basic error that should have been addressed during quality assurance when the roof was installed. Cowboy work. If you use them, wait a few years, then decide whether the roof was installed correctly.

  I live in an HOA and a very private neighborhood. I had an unsolicited person from this company walk through my private front gate, up my walkway, and leave a business card tucked into my front door. One Word. DON'T.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Legacy Construction and Roofing, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience, especially working with Jon Kitchen. From the very beginning, Jon was there every step of the way. He handled everything from the initial roof inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster, to guiding me through the process of getting a full roof replacement and coordinating the other trades involved. What could have easily been an overwhelming process was made so much easier because of Jon. What impressed me most is how much Jon genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they are taken care of. He isn’t someone who just shows up to get the job done — he truly looks out for his homeowners. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and communicates throughout the entire process. He really does hold your hand from beginning to end and makes sure you understand what is happening along the way. Alejandro and his roofing crew also did a fantastic job. They worked hard, were professional, and the finished product speaks for itself. Our house looks beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the new roof! If you’re in Whispering Pines, Moore County or the surrounding area and need roofing or construction work, I would highly recommend Legacy Construction and Roofing and specifically Jon Kitchen. Having someone you can trust who genuinely cares about doing right by you makes all the difference. Thank you, Jon, Alejandro, and the entire Legacy team for taking such great care of me and my house. I would absolutely recommend you to anyone!

  I would highly recommend Chris at legacy construction. I was suspecting a roof leakage and Chris was highly recommend by my freind. Chris gave me a quick appointment, came on time and did detailed instructions of my roof and provided remidation. Chris was courteous and professional. And explained everything in non technical words.

  Mr Jon Kitchen is the best! He was very professional and punctual! He took the time to explain things to me about my roof and able to answer every question. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the job that Legacy Construction and Roofing performed on our home and definitely will have them take care of any future projects with Mr Kitchen leading the project, of course.   I am writing this morning to describe the excellent service I received from Josh Butler during the recent process of replacing my roof. Back in June, my home's roof was damaged during a severe hailstorm. At least 10 – 20 contractors visited the following day while I was at work, knocking on my door and leaving flyers. Fortunately for me, Josh was the only person that I met with, as he was in my driveway when I arrived home from work. I am very hesitant to speak with solicitors who show up at my home unannounced, but because of Josh’s positive attitude and detailed knowledge about roof damage and replacement, I was immediately put at ease. Josh quickly evaluated the damage to my roof and worked directly with my insurance provider to provide a smooth and seamless process for the full replacement of both my home and detached garage roof. From meeting with my insurance adjuster during the inspection down to recommending the best color, Josh went above and beyond in his representation of Legacy. I must also note that my insurance adjuster, when handing me the check to cover the full price of my roof, told me that I was in good hands with Legacy Construction & Roofing as he had worked with your team many times. During our first meeting at my home, Josh offered to leave a Legacy sign in my yard to stop other contractors from continuing to knock on my door, as I have dogs and a special needs child (it worked). The last meeting I had with Josh was because I had overpaid by $1,000, and once Josh found out, he immediately contacted me to drive back to my home from Greensboro to resolve the overpayment. My wife and I love the new roof and I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Legacy Construction & Roofing. Because of Josh, I will recommend Legacy Construction & Roofing to anyone who has a construction or roofing need in the future.

  Will absolutely be using legacy construction and roofing. For any of my future roofing needs as well as suggesting them to all of my friends and family in the area. Jon was able to come out day of call to take a look at the leak in my ceiling. Although the issue was not roofing related, he provided contact information for someone that could help me resolve the issue. 10 out of 10 absolutely would recommend. By the way, his consultations are FREE!

  In today's market, it's rare to find a company that hits every checkbox. From start to finish, Aiden took the absolute best care with replacing our roof, rotten facia, and installation of new gutters. His level of communication, and overall responsiveness was some of the best, if not the best I've ever had from contract work. From knowing the trade, answering tough questions, and even getting on the roof to point things out to us, he represented the LCR family wonderfully. The crew who installed the roof took great care to protect our property, and did some amazing work! The roof and new gutters are perfect! Thank you for the phenomenal service! Job well done.

  Legacy handled a roof shingles replacement job for me on a home we recently purchased. It was a great experience from the initial inspection and consultation, to getting the estimate, to scheduling the work….and I was impressed with the actual roof replacement work too. Their team was top notch, very professional and very efficient. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Jonathan was the point person on the project and was great to work with. Good communication and no surprises. I would highly recommend Legacy.

  I have used Legacy Construction and Roofing twice now. Today, Jonathan Arnold, General Sales Manager, came by to check on roof noises that were keeping me awake, 5 days earlier than scheduled! He was friendly, professional, thorough, and very helpful. I would highly recommend him and Legacy Construction and Roofing! I will continue to use them for roofing issues.
