  We had our entire roof replaced in October 2025 by Barkley‑Jensen, and unfortunately the experience has been far from reassuring. Although the crew completed the job quickly, the workmanship was noticeably poor from the very beginning. Even a simple visual inspection showed issues, and the team had to return multiple times to correct various problem areas. Just two months later in Dec. 2025, after a snowfall, we experienced a major leak. Given the initial quality concerns, it wasn’t entirely surprising, but it was still extremely frustrating. When we contacted the company, they inspected and acknowledged that the leak was caused by workmanship issues and sent someone out to fix it. Then in July 2026, we experienced yet another roof leak after a rainy week—another call, another workmanship issue, another repair (ongoing). At this point, instead of feeling the peace of mind that should come with a brand‑new roof, we find ourselves anxious every time there’s significant rain or snow. While Sean and Ryan, who coordinated the process on the ground, were professional and responsive (the remaining stars are for them), the roofing crew’s workmanship simply did not match the professional level of quality needed to uphold the company's promises. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. A full roof replacement should provide many years of worry‑free protection, but the workmanship here has left us with ongoing issues and little confidence in the durability of the installation. I tried to provide feedback offline, but after repeated problems, I feel compelled to share this on the review. Quality roof workmanship is essential for homeowners and the long-term success of any roofing business. As homeowners at this stage, we can only hope no further issues arise, and if issues continue to surface because of their workmanship, they can stand behind it and address them accordingly.

  Nick did a great job coming to view and assess our roofing issues! He was on time, very polite, and did a great job explaining what was going on as well as potential solutions we could try to remediate our leaking roof. We will definitely be considering them for any future work we may need!

  After much research, I hired Barkley-Jensen Roofing and Restoration to provide roofing repairs and preventive maintenance on my recently purchased house. My experience with this company has been nothing but exceptional from start to finish. They understood my needs in scoping the project. My primary contact at BJRR Trace Faulk, was personable, professional and very easy to work with. The project manager Ryan was equally excellent, ensuring I was well informed through the project process, progress and completion phases. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but they went well above my expectations. I highly recommend their services and they will be my 'go to' if I require any future roofing needs.

  We had a great experience with Barkley-Jensen, specifically Sean and Chase. We called them for what seemed like a minor issue, but they pointed out that a lot of our fascia was rotting because our existing roof and gutters were failing. They worked directly with our insurance company to file a claim and handle the back-and-forth. The crews were efficient and tidy, but they still always had a supervisor on site to answer any questions and keep things running smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and work with them again! Edit: we used them for gutter guards and had another great experience with Nick and Ryan. Fast responses, great communication, and quality work
