We take our customer concerns very seriously and receive them as an opportunity to train our team and improve our company processes. Communication is one of our strengths, however it appears that we may have dropped the ball this time for whatever reason, and for that I do apologize. On a positive note, I assure you that all preliminary and additional work that was quoted and billed was done in good faith, to ensure that you received an excellent new roofing system and a solid manufactures and workmanship warranty.   Horrible service, no communication or accountability. They left nails all down my street and refused to clean them up. Do not contract them.

  Kadin, Artisan Quality Roofing provides excellent and responsible roofing services. We certainly take the safety of our customers and their surrounding neighbors seriously and perform a thorough sweep of our jobsites prior to leaving the premises. Perhaps the nails you are referring to could have accidentally dropped or fallen off any of the other contractor’s trucks working in the area, however there is no true way to verify this. I do understand your frustration, however we shouldn’t be unfairly targeted and blamed for these types of situations simply because we were working in the general area when the incident occurred. Lastly, you have not contracted us to do any work for you therfore I don't understand why you would leave a review.

  Hello Becky, first I’d like to thank you for the four star review you gave us on the installation portion of your project. I do believe there may have been a disconnect in understanding the roofing process. I am very aware of how the project went from beginning to end. Let me start by saying that we never ask for payment before the job is completed. to indicate that the last nail wasn’t nailed in yet and we were already asking for a check payment is totally inaccurate. Our office will send out a final invoice along with a follow up call just to confirm that someone will give a check to our foreman. At the time the phone call was placed, our guys were just doing a final walk around with magnet sweeps to ensure we picked up every nail possible that they can see. The fact that they were still on site is probably why you assumed that they weren’t done with the roof installation. I assure you that they were done with the roof installation at that time. Our contracts clearly state that payment is due upon completion. We send our contracts in the form of a DocuSign, so that the customer can sign off on and acknowledge all of the terms and conditions prior to accepting and moving forward with Artisan. It’s fair to say that neither you or your husband questioned or inquired about any of our terms and conditions, therefore by signing it you agreed to our terms. Perhaps you missed that portion as I’ve never had the opportunity to talk with you before, during or after the roof installation. The entire process from start to finish was handled between our staff and your husband. That being said, I personally stopped by at a different date to meet with him for an additional walk around and he confirmed that he was extremely pleased with the entire process. In any event, I do apologize that you aren’t 100% completely satisfied with the way we handle our business, however we’ve handled our business the same way for many years now and seem to have pleased 100+ other customers that

  Amazing experience from start to finish with Artisan Quality Roofing. We needed a new roof, improvements to our gutters and later a new door. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable and upfront about what our home needed. He and Holly were very responsive and helpful. The roof, gutter and door crew were efficient, neat and made sure the work was correct before leaving. Mike has such a positive and helpful attitude about customer care. Top notch business, I have and will continue to recommend them to others. Thank you all for the quality work and attention you gave our home.

  Artisan is great to work with. Dustin came to the house and listened to my explanation of the problem. He went on the roof and inspected and took pictures. He showed me the pictures and explained what needed doing. Seeing the pictures is extremely helpful. Rebekah took care of office communications. She was excellent at communicating and keeping me up to date on what was happening.

  Got a few quotes from other roofing companies and chose Artisan for how promptly and thoroughly my questions were answered by Dustin and Morgan, as well as their reasonable price. The crew was efficient and did a great job with the installation and cleanup. Definitely would recommend them!
