  We had done several jobs in the past with The Roofing Guys, but last year, after approving a job with them, and paying a $2,500 deposit, they came back to us saying they could no longer do the job. It's now been over a year, and after numerous attempts, we have never been refunded the deposit for this job. Hard to say they do a good job when they steal from their customers.

  The worst metal roof I've ever seen. Screws way to tight because they were installed with an impact driver. gaps with exposed wood. ridge caps with gaps, no overhang and not enough screws. gable corners twisted not square and not enough …

  Avoid doing business with this company at all costs. Their marketing paints a picture of a wholesome, faith-and-family operation grounded in “God and Country”. Unfortunately, my experience revealed something far less virtuous: a stunning lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism. I later discovered they have an exceptionally high staff turnover rate, which makes any sense of continuity or customer service nearly impossible. I signed a contract and paid my initial deposit to The Roofing Guys in April 2025 following the March hailstorm to replace my roof, siding, and gutters. In May, our assigned representative abruptly left the company (apparently due to not being paid). We were never notified of his departure or warned about potential delays. After weeks of repeated calls, I finally reached a new representative in June, and the roof was eventually installed. The roof itself? Mostly fine…once I stopped them from installing the wrong shingles. They arrived with tan shingles instead of the black ones we had selected and documented. Fortunately, I asked to see the materials before they were unloaded. Shortly after the roof was completed, that representative also left the company. Again, no communication. At this point, the turnover rate was moving faster than my project timeline. As summer turned to fall and fall turned into October, there was still zero progress on the siding and gutters. **seven months after signing the contract** I ultimately signed a Change of Scope just to extract myself from what felt like contractual purgatory so they would no longer handle the siding and gutters. However, because my original deposit covered the roof, siding, and gutters, they have been overpaid. The Roofing Guys have owed me over $2,000 since October. It has now been four months with no reimbursement and no meaningful communication despite weekly calls. Being ignored for weeks at a time is frustrating.   Worst experience with getting our house fixed after the storm. Started the process and 7 months later never finished our work needed done.

  Don't waste your time with this company the owner is just not responsible and won't be in business for long with this way of working

  I cannot be happier with how the roof turned out. I wasn’t sure what color of shingles to pick so I just told them to pick. It started around 7:30 and we’re done cleaned up and gone before my kids came home from school. I Highly recommend

  Wonderful hard working team from management to the workers and everyone in between. All of them honest and straightforward. Would recommend for roofing, siding gutters, and so on.

  Troy A was very helpful and thorough when he came and inspected our roof and found that we had no damage from the storms. He also noted a spot at the base of where an exhaust pipe came thru the roof and was showing cracks. We have made sure that has been taken care of, but he could have let it go and we might have ended up with a lot more damage and maybe would’ve had to replace a portion of the roof. Troy A even noticed some tree limbs that were protruding into the side of the house and roof and was able to trim them back for us. We really appreciated his professionalism, honesty and integrity.

  Troy Adams was extremely helpful. The crew was efficient, they did a wonderful job on the roof. They cleaned up every day and cleaned up at the end of the job. I was impressed. Most importantly, the roof looks wonderful. I strongly suggest using these guys.

  I called several roofing companies to give bids on our roof. Mark was the most thorough and always followed up with any questions. He shared before and after photos of the roof. His crew was prompt and professional and did an excellent job on the added ridge vent, keeping the attic cooler during the summer. A+ all around!!!

  I cannot recommend this company enough if you’re in the market for a new roof. Troy Barnes was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. He always took the time to make sure I understood the process, which ended up being executed exactly the way he explained. I got my new roof for only the cost of my insurance deductible. The process was seamless. And the crew was amazing. They got the entire project done in one day, were so polite, and cleaned up everything entirely. The final product looks amazing, I have absolutely no complaints! So grateful that I went with The Roofing Guys!

  Did a great job on our roof. The crew arrived and swarmed all over the roof (with complex angles) like army ants. In a day and a half, they totally replaced our roof. Very impressed!
