  Sold us a great first roof…. Three weeks later before they had even come out to ensure the quality of their own work, we had a log go through the top of our roof. They then refused to do the repair work, Because all they do is full roofs. But that’s not what he said, and we lost our warranty. Literally criminal!

  They do not care about you! They will do entire new roofs, because that’s where the money is at. But then never come back to help repair their own roof!!!!!!

  I’d like to share my experience from today. I had a roof inspection scheduled for 11:30 a.m. CST, but the inspector, Chris, didn’t show up until 2:51 p.m. When he finally arrived, he spent no more than 5–10 minutes looking at my roof and nearly an hour talking with my neighbor instead. At the end, his response was: “Unfortunately, we cannot take on a big project like this. There’s foundation work. The walls are not supported correctly to hold the roof, and I think that’s why the trusses are collapsing.” This was extremely unprofessional. For someone who barely inspected the roof to claim that the foundation is bad doesn’t seem like an honest or accurate assessment. The company may have been in business for seven years, but in my opinion, Chris spent more time engaging with my neighbor than addressing the reason I called him out in the first place. I would not recommend this company. I’ll be moving on to find someone serious and reliable for the job—I don’t have time to play games with businesses like this.

  My wife and I met with the business in March of 2022 because our roof had storm damage. They made the initial insurance claim on our behalf and placed the phone call. However, when the appraisal came back, we heard nothing from them. We called in June of 2022, to which they told us they did not receive the appraisal. We re-sent it to them (they then admitted that they actually had received the appraisal) and were told that they would get back to us. We never heard from them again. A large rainstorm hit after the fact and the tarp they installed came loose, leading to more water damage. Do not use this business- the communication between the company and the customers (my wife and I) was remarkably poor. We felt out of the loop the entire time. In March, we were explicitly told that they would handle all the issues with the insurance company after we placed the claim. When I called the business to complain about the lack of communication, I was told that the company now only does full roof replacement. At no point was the fact that this company only does full roof replacements mentioned to my wife or I prior to me calling after hearing nothing from them in months. In fact, the website literally advertises that "can help us with all of your roofing and gutter needs"- except apparently replacing broken shingles on the roof. The company blamed it on us in part not following up with the insurance company- which they told us in March they would completely handle. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Dealing with this company felt like a complete scam.

  Call them for a leak in my roof from hail damage. They came out very promptly and put a temp fix on my roof and gave their contact information for when the insurance company did their inspection. When the insurance company said that there wasn't enough damage to pay the deductible, they stop calling and returning calls. I had their temp fix on my roof for months waiting for them to call me back to fix the roof with no reply. I called multiple time to get the status and was told they were backed up to they were going to subcontract my job to another company. This went on for 6 weeks until I gave up and went to another company that got everything repaired with in a month. Their website says "No job is too big nor too small" but that seems to only apply if they get to replace a whole roof that an insurance company is going to pay for, not to repair one. Very unprofessional, wasted my time and would not recommend

  I had a leak in my attic that caused a leak in my kitchen area. Chris Conaway found the problem in about 10 minutes. He advised me about what to do. He also gave me some helpful tips about insurance. I had a fantastic experience with Chris. He is quite knowledgeable about roofing and repair work. I not only rate i Restore 5 stars, but a rate Chris FIVE STARS PLUS. Great worker and very kind.

  We worked with Chris Conaway of IRestore for replacement of our roof, gutters, fascia and soffit. Chris was very personable, informative and helpful with our project from day 1. He answered my text messages very quickly and always kept us informed of what would take place and when. After work was completed he came out to review the work to make sure the work was done correctly. He also took care of handling our insurance issues.   IRestore went to battle with our home insurance company to ensure that we received what we needed. Other conpanies that gave us bids simply went off what the insurance company said they would cover, which was roughly 1/4 of our total roof. Thanks to iRestore we received a complete roof replacement.

  IRestoe done a great job on my roof. I had a life time warranty package done about 6 yrs ago. After a couple bad storms and concern with a easy call they we're back out to take a look and reassure me I had no damage. These guys are very professional.
