I was on a very short timeline for closing on a house and needed a professional roof inspection quickly. Troy pulled through for me on a short timeframe & delivered a very detailed report that has given me a lot of knowledge on the condition of the house. Very professional & thorough

Anthony and Matt were absolutely amazing on getting my project done last minute. Several roofing companies did not respond and I was lost these guys came in and walked me through the process. Thank you so much for the absolute awesome customer service and understand what I needed to do next they’re good and took the time to make sure everything is okay.

I contacted Joshua with Hero Roofing for repairs to soffit, fascia, gutters, gutter guards, and roof over my garage door. He returned my call quickly, sent me an estimate soon after that, and completed the repairs a month later. The timeliness was very important to me because I was listing the property for rent and the damage did not make a good first impression. Compared to another O’Fallon-based roofing and exterior company I’ve been waiting on for over a year to complete hail-related siding repairs, Hero Roofing was outstanding to work with. From estimate to completion, they communicated clearly, returned calls and texts promptly, and followed through on their commitments. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their team. I would absolutely choose Hero Roofing again and recommend them to others looking for roofing and exterior work.

Hero Roofing did an amazing job putting a new roof on our house! Brandon, who sold it to us, is very professional and friendly, as were the men that installed our new roof. We highly recommend Hero Roofing!

Aaron Brewer from Hero took great care of us. From meeting our quick deadline to ensuring the roofing crew meet our needs. They made light work of pretty large roof and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Any concerns we had were promptly fixed and addressed. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next home.

As a fellow roofing company, we know how important it is to do things right the first time. This team stands out for their professionalism, communication, and quality. It's good to see a company in this industry that takes care of their customers, as well as being Veteran Owned.

Highly recommend this roofing company. They are professional, and truly care about their customers. The work on my house siding was done carefully and the quality was excellent. Mark personally helped fix the siding and did a fantastic job. It’s rare to find people this reliable and helpful. I’m very grateful for their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or siding services.

Hero Roofing & Exteriors installed our siding and gutters. There were some hiccups along the way, but Anthony, our project manager, was on top of everything and always responded quickly. We are completely satisfied with the completed work. We would definitely use Hero Roofing & Exteriors again.
