  Disappointed in this company. Lack of communication is sorely lacking. No one called the day shingles were delivered, they just showed up & knocked on door at 6:30 in the morning. Roofers came the next day & did a good job but they weren't …

  I called a week ago to get my skylight/roof looked at. They respond with an email saying they put me in a que. That was on 8/2. It took till 8/8 for the estimator/adjuster to call and set up an appointment for 5pm on the 9th. Well the 9th came as well did 5pm and nothing. No call, no text, no email, nothing. Poor customer service for potentially a 9-12 thousand job.

  Slow to do the work, and not interested in fixing fascia when it blows off. Never had an issue before they replaced all of my siding and roof. Second time I have had a strip of fascia come loose in the last month. Will have to seek help else where.

  Works with insurance company. Easy to talk to and ask questions. The Roofers they hired did a good job Left some nails but they had magnets and were going everywhere. They put tarps down to collect debris. Did 2 roofs in one day. Mack was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Office staff pleasant and the gentleman I spoke to about delivery of materials was very nice Would recommend Allen Roofing.

  Joe Carter and the team made the whole inspection, bid, shingle selection, and scheduling very easy and transparent. The workmanship was excellent, with perceptible follow-through from staging to clean-up & post inspection. I'd definitely recommend them!

  Allen Roofing & Siding replaced my roof a few years ago. So of course I called Allen Roofing to replace my gutters. This is one of the most professional companies I have ever utilized. Just like the job completed on my roof, the workers arrived as schedule, completed quickly and cleaned up. The staff and company are top-notch!!

  I hear a lot of horror stories when it comes to replacing a roof. Allen roofing made sure that wasn’t gonna happen. Great to deal with, very thorough on explaining. Had my house and garage roof done in less than two days with everything picked up and spotless. Had one minor hiccup, which was taken care of immediately. If you’re looking for a roof to get done and done right, call Allen Roofing and ask for Mack!!

  Allen roofing was great. I gave them a call. I spoke to Sandra Young. She said that Josh Fisher would be giving me a call and would be going out to check my property. He called within a couple hours went out and checked the property. The same day gave me a quote Mr. Bill the organizer contacted me gave me a date of delivery of the supplies the next day they came out installed the roof. It looks great. Everyone at Allen roofing was very professional. After installation I tried to pay the bill on line but I am Computer illiterate so contacted their billing department spoke to Linda Williams she walked me through the process got the bill paid easy pezzy. If anyone is looking to get a roof replacement I highly recommend Allen Roofing.

  Hired Allen to repair a leak around my chimney.The Crew was polite and very professional and did a great job on the installation and cleanup.I would definitely rehire them in the future
