  A Mar I cannot find you in any of my work orders (looking back for the last 3 months) nor can I find any customer with your initial and last name (even as a partial name) I am also not aware of any customer that has contacted us with a complaint until I received this message of your complaint.   Rich and Darryl were very thorough and professional. They gave a very competitive quote, were timely, and completed the work and more as quoted. Great guys and company. I would use them again in a second! Obviously I highly recommend them.

  The Roofing Guy did an outstanding job putting in my new roof & repairing the fascias/soffits. He was prompt in returning my call & he was prepared with measurements of my roof, so he could give me an estimate within a day. His crew was on time & finished the job the day they started. They were efficient and did the job cleanly. After they left, you’d never know they were here-except I had a new roof!! Rich the Roofing guy showed great concern for keeping costs down and quality up & he kept in contact with me during the job, so I didn’t have to worry & answered any questions I had. The estimate was spot on. He also used technology smartly to ensure problem spots were fixed correctly. He also fixed bad spots on my facsias & soffits and now my roof is not leaking and it looks good too! If you are looking for an honest roofing company to do a great job -the roofing guy is for you!

  They were scheduled to check out my roof yesterday. It was raining and then there was the issue of finding fuel due to the pipeline incident. They came this morning and were very nice. I was told I will have my estimate in the morning. Thanks guys.

  Although we did not receive her text today, I did have an appointment with her that I failed to communicate with her the difficulties we were facing on keeping the appointment. Instead making excuses I am more focused on making it right. We have reached out and spoke with Eli and have an appointment for 10 am in the morning.

  From the very start of our engagement, Rich was responsive, always followed though on his promises and very easy to work with. His pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent. His crew was courteous and worked quickly. Upon completion of the job, it was as if they were never there as all of the debris was cleaned up! I have full confidence in recommending to those that are in need of a new roof.

  We needed to get someone to repair a roof leak right before Christmas and Rich and Daryl showed up. After looking at the leak they also noticed a lot of wind damage so they recommended replacing the roof but tarped the leaking area until we could get through the process which Rich was very knowledgable and helpful with. Insurance company agreed with what Rich had stated. We scheduled a date for the repair. The crew showed up on that date and did an excellent job with the removal and replacement of the shingles and even more importantly cleaning up after they were done. The roof was completed the same day and we could not tell they were ever here. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

  Heard about Rich and his company through an old colleague - Very pleased with Rich and his team. They were prompt, communicated well, and the whole process was smooth. The install crew were great as well -- I was very impressed with how well they cleaned up all the nails. I highly recommend Rich and The Roofing Guy!

  Rich and his staff came the same day as my call to inspect. Their inspection was complete...thorough and the estimate matched exactly to the work that was performed. They even fixed some other minor issues they found once work was commenced. They were professional and honest...friendly. Communication was excellent....and we are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the time frame completed. I highly recommend this company. We will be using them for other projects here in the future for our home.

  Rich and his team are professional and honest. I called 3-4 different roofers and they were the only ones to respond. The repairs were made timely and I appreciated their suggestions on preserving the life of my roof. They’ll definitely be our go to for any future needs.
