  Had a roof leak causing water damage to ceiling sheetrock and called Super Roofing to find it and provide an estimate for repair. The inspector they sent failed to find the leak despite it being painfully obvious (and despite being pointed right at it) and instead recommended calling HVAC. A waste of my time and the inspector's, and it meant that the water damage continued unaddressed, but at least Super Roofing didn't charge me anything for this. I got the impression they just aren't interested in smaller jobs like this. If so, there are better ways to communicate that which don't involve wasting time when we're trying to contain ongoing water damage. Pointing me at another company to schedule repairs would be absolutely fine. Edit in reply: The issue was readily apparent from the interior of the roof, but Super Roofing's inspection focused almost exclusively on the exterior. The next two inspections (with other companies) each separately found the problem promptly and without significant effort by actually taking the time look at the interior of the roof. I appreciate Super Roofing's time and effort and the fact that the inspection was free, but the value actually provided to me was significantly and predictably negative. Hopefully Super Roofing can see the value of this feedback and can appreciate the time that I spent providing it, given that I could reasonably have left a wordless one-star review and moved on.

  Disappointed. Attempted to schedule an appointment and had also sent in pictures and video of my attic fan issues. Received email stating they didnt need to inspect the fan and would send me an estimate yesterday evening or early today. No response. Made repeated Calls to office again and asked about my quote. Was told crews were working and the manager would get back to me. No quote or estimate still. Had to call another electrician. Very disappointed. Don't make commitments if you cant deliver. I rarely provide Google reviews but I also work in Home Services and know how important it is to follow-up.

  I highly recommend super roofing company we had a leak in the attic and wanted to get it fixed before it rained again. They were quick to respond and get out a tech. Fun Ian did a great job in finding and fixing the issue. They were courteous and fast please consider them for any roof issues

  Brian and Finn were great! Brian was able to come look at my roof leak and repair the pipe boot and rotted plywood within 24 hours and Finn did a great job with the inspection for any other damage. Thank you guys for the quick and professional service.

  Tyler went above and beyond to give us a great experience. He was honest about my roofs condition and we were able to do some small things to extend the life of what I have now.   I have to say I was sooo impressed that I felt the need to say something :) . My elderly parents had some work done last year and then they both passed away . As you can imagine it’s been a hard couple of months and then on top of that all that goes along with it paper work wise . I was looking for information on what work was done so we could include that for selling the house. Each interaction i have had In the past 24 hours has been phenomenal. Follow ups , kind words , emails and text messages all to get me information I needed . I mean honestly they could have said no and not taken the time out to help . But they did . It really is the little things like this that says a lot about a company and they will be the first I reach out to if need be . So just wanted to say thank you for being human . We appreciate it . And thank you for helping my parents with a repair when they were both so ill . PS y’all know that repair was done amazing so you are looking for a wonderful home in suncity it’s there :)

  We had a new roof put on by Super Roofing yesterday and it looks fantastic and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Jack did a phenomenal job from the start with his roof inspection to making sure everything was perfectly cleaned up at the end of the install. The whole team was great really nothing but positive things to say about the overall experience. Will definitely be telling neighbors and friends in Fort Mill to call them when they need a roofer.
