  Needed a gutter replacement on a very long back porch, they didn't even return my call. Not a good way to run a business.

  *This review is 2 years past install.* I bought some 6in seamless gutters from this company 2 years ago. They've leaked ever since. They did send someone out to try to fix it, but the issue was never resolved. Fast forward to this past hailstorm, and we ended up having to get a new roof and gutters due to damage. The new gutter contractor was able to show me how the gutters were installed wrong, how many old screws got left by the old crew and Showed me why they still leaked, etc. Honestly, watching the new contractors work is a world apart from the install crew from Palmetto outdoor solutions. It's always a bad feeling to learn 2 years later that we were basically just given poorly installed gutters that would have never drained properly, and without leaking. At least they're getting replaced. But I now feel like Palmetto gladly took our money, in trade for poor workmanship. Maybe Palmetto should consider a quality control inspection upon completion of work. I don't know, I just know I won't be reaching out to them for anything further

  Rodney came out to our house on a Thursday and promised that they would have their gutter people stop by on Friday. We never received a phone call, they didn’t return my phone calls. A very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t consider these people to be reliable.

  Parker was fantastic to deal with. Communication from the very beginning felt like I was speaking with a neighbor rather than a business. The same can be said about the owner as I met him in their office. I had a small job that they easily could’ve written off but they didn’t - thank you guys. Highly recommend this company for any of their listed services.

  Had a great experience working with Chris and his team. Hired them to replace shingle roof, remove skylights, new gutters, and new soffit. They did great work and communicated well through the whole process. Unlike other roofers we got quotes from there was no high pressure sales tactics. Chris actively worked to make sure we were happy with our choice, offering to lay out shingles on the roof to compare colors. When unforeseen issues were found with the roof Chris would call me right away to make sure I aware and go over options. They also had the best warranty out of all the roofers we got quotes from. I highly recommend Palmetto and would work with them again.

  I had a roof leak in a valley that was flashed incorrectly. They came out and did the roof repair in two days and will come check the roof after hail storms. They also reroofed an addition on my home. The workers were amazing, from the technician that gave me the quote to the two men that repaired it. They finished and the rain started. No leaks! The workers toiled for 11 hours the first day and finished the following day. Great group of gents and I received a veteran discount!

  Palmetto Roofing & Siding did a great job for us. We had ice damage that caused a roof leak. Parker responded to us very quickly and developed a proposed solution that was both effective and reasonably priced. The work was done quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this company and will use them again as needed.

  Called on Palmetto to repair a part of our roof that was letting sunlight into our attic! Chris sent a crew in less than 24 hours. Roof repair was done promptly. I really appreciate the excellent communication from Chris. Top notch!!

  Palmetto stopped by because of a query on an inspection report we received. They gave us a free quote and assessment, wrote a report describing and explaining some particular (non-)issues flagged on the report, and wouldn’t even let me tip them. They fixed some other items too after this initial visit, but they were more than willing to give a free assessment and be candid about our concerns and issues. Will absolutely continue using them and recommending them into the future.

  I have searched far and wide for a company that will take care of mobile home roofs. I live out of state and things do happen. I was Blessed to have called Palmetto roofing the morning after my tenant contacted me. They was very friendly and quickly got me in contact with the guy that would be fixing my roof. The next morning early, they was there and they repaired my roof. Thank goodness it was an easy repair. But with that being said, I thought the price was a little steep. But I gladly paid it. I will be using them for all of my roofing needs in the future. Thank you, Palmetto for taking the big worry off of me.
