  This was our first experience with a roofing company, and I'm not sure if it could have been any worse! I decided to use MR because of the reviews I read, but as I am going back through the lower rated reviews, I am noticing a common theme. Initially, when Brandon (Project Manager) came out to speak with us, he made so many promises about the work that MR would help us with other than the roof, including internal repairs that were needed, which he said an internal guy at MR would handle. He even offered to PERSONALLY help us with some of the repairs! Turns out MR does not and has never offered internal repair work, and Brandon was using a tactic to get us to contract work back to them. This is per Michael - the head of production at the time. Communication regarding the gutter work was horrible. The gutter company that MR hired entered our property without contacting us and without permission. My husband had to leave work to confirm who they were after receiving an alert from our doorbell, and the guy was rude, stating he was hired for a job and didn't care what he had to do to get it done (taunting with our lock and entering our fence without permission). On the day of the replacement, we received a call that we had 6 slabs of wood that were damaged and that we would need to pay for 5 of those. I believe that was planned, Michael had pulled up with the wood on his truck less than 10 minutes after my husband hung up the phone with him! BUYER BEWARE!!! I cannot recommend MR and have expressed my concerns with as may people as possible. Project Managers for MR definitely have the gift of gab, and talk a good game!!! You will be given a price for the roof plus any additional repairs that are needed (siding, gutters, internal evidence of leakage, etc.). You will be expected to pay your deductible (of course), but will be told that those extra repairs can be "contracted back" in order help with the cost so that you won't have to pay the full deductible out of pocket.

  I have asked your sales Reps to respect my No solicitation and No Trespassing signs and they ignore them. This is ridiculous!! You all will Never get my business because you don't respect my property!!

  Update - Their work failed city inspection. And now they are publicly slandering me here. Buyer beware. They fixed some issues but left 2 giant holes in my roof. Still waiting for Modern Roofing to finish their work and make right the damage they caused to my property. Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew with the recent hail storm but I've been far from impressed. I've had to contact the local manager and the regional office. Roof was to be installed June 26. There was issues with installation and damage to my property. Still waiting for Modern Roofing to make this right. Gutters and window wraps were to be replaced. The wrong gutters were replaced. Still waiting for the right ones to be repaired. Window wrap still not done. They also did not tarp my property or protect my property as promised.

  I couldn’t be happier with my new roof from Modern Roofing! Huge shoutout to Isa Moore for making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed every step of the way, and was always available whenever I had questions or concerns. What really stood out was his professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. It’s rare to find someone who consistently answers every call and truly cares about making sure the customer feels comfortable and confident throughout the project.   I had my roof replaced back in early December. Masio Perez was my sales rep, and he did a great job letting me know what to expect. I have solar panels on my roof, and he made sure to let me know that they would be expertly removed before roof installation and properly put back after new roof installation. Masio informed me that the price would be higher because of the solar panel situation which was to be expected. Luckily, my insurance covered it so it wasn't a problem. Masio was great about staying in contact throughout the entire process. I also have a garage that has no sealing so unfortunately, wood chips fell into the garage during installation. This was expected, however, and I tarped the entire garage to minimize the mess. Masio was nice enough to come over to my house a day after the job to help with the clean up of the garage, and I can't thank him enough! I would definitely use this company again should I need a future roof replacement.

  Tyler Buckner came and did an inspection on my roof due to hail. Although they have not done the work yet, he has stayed in contact with me, helped to facilitate the initial claim and has stayed in touch. He’s been excellent.
