  We had a phenomenal experience with The Roof store. Justin J was our contractor and helped us every step of the way. It started with a very thorough inspection, and honest evaluation of where we’re at with our roof, followed up by pictures and videos. We thought we just needed a repair and did not realize how old our roof was since we are new owners and live out of state. So it’s extremely important we get a contractor that’s communicative and patient with that. (We had two other estimates, but they were not as thorough or communicative.) Since we needed a full new installation, we were given a fair estimate of what needed to replaced and what did not need to be replaced. The crew came and did exactly what they said they would do. Even a month later when we had a bad ice storm, and there appeared to be some sort of minor issue, Justin came out personally to inspect it. Tested and inspected what he could and told me not to hesitate to call him again. No surprises. High say/do experience. Highly recommend The Roof Store!

  The best experience! We had a large tree on our roof in the midst of an ice storm and The Roof Store was so responsive and professional. A special thanks to Justin who took care of us all along the way. When/if we have a roof issue down the road I won’t call anyone else.

  The Roof Store was phenomenal! We had storm damage and had to file a claim with our homeowners insurance. I had never done that before and had no idea what that entailed, but Christian answered my questions and made the entire process super easy! He even came out and met with the insurance adjuster when he came out! Christian took the time to explain what the insurance company was paying and went over our options with us. Supplies were ordered and delivered and tear-off/instillation only took 2 days! The new roof is beautiful! Christian was there to answer questions even after the work was done to wrap things up with the insurance company. I would highly recommend The Roof Store for their outstanding customer service and beautiful work!!
