  I've had a miserable experience with this company, after an initial great impression. I've cycled through 3 different contractors at this same company and gone 6 months without having my roof repaired. Each time I get ghosted after which, I'm contacted by some new person at the company saying that the last person quit and they will be taking over. At this point, I've chosen to move on to a different company. I would save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. I can't fathom how they have positive reviews.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rude “insurance restoration specialists” ignored my neighborhoods no soliciting sign and my personal one on my door. They tried telling me that it wasn’t soliciting because they’re working with my neighbors. I’d never give a dime to these storm chasers.

  Bluebird Roofing will exceed your expectations! As a non-profit executive, I must ensure that quality and service intersects strategically with price and actual performance. We have a good size two-story commercial building in Mt. Juliet, with a VERY high-pitch, which needed a new roof. A capital investment for us, not a repair emergency. Consultations with Bluebird advisors, Justin Roney and Jeff Garrett, provided a complete roof review and multiple options for shingle types, colors, warranties and other considerations, such as skylight replacement options, at our request. The job was completed in ONE DAY! The project supervisor, Rodrick Wilson, had a team in place early in the morning and also replaced seven skylights to align warranties for us, by our request. The property was clean as a whistle by 3:45p! The project superintendent Josh Boyd completed a full walkdown of the grounds with staff prior to leaving the property to ensure job satisfaction. That is attention to detail, complete customer service! Good job, Bluebird, leads, and workers! Your customer is very happy!

  They were truly professional and efficient. The thing about them that drew me was how patient they were with our decision making. While other roofing companies were coercing us to make a decision on the same day, they simply told us to let them know when we were ready. With this company, you get high quality craftsmanship, excellent professionalism, people that you can connect with and most importantly to many customers, you know what you are getting at a reasonable price from experts of the highest caliber.   Waldon, JB, Edwin, and crew were great in replacing our roof, fixing some problem areas, and handling the stone removal and replacement. Other roofers wanted us to take care of the stone removal and replacement ourselves and this was an additional hassle we didn't want to deal with. Bluebird also gave us the best price and made sure we were satisfied with the finish product.

  In addition to the roof we also had gutter guards installed and our screen room roof repaired—and it is WAY better than the original install. Jesse Gunn was our contact and the communication and service from start to finish were top notch! I HIGHLY recommend Bluebird Roofing!

  I called Bluebird after issues with my roof and chimney leaking during the Feb ice storm. They were quick to come out and assess the damage.
